School Committee Member Dante Comparetto Announces Defriending Of Teachers Who Are Facebook Friends With Turtleboy

School Committee member Dante Comparetto is suffering from the legitimate criticism he’s received on Turtleboy Sports and he’s come down with a bad case of Turtle Derangement Syndrome as a result.

He actually did this, and then he tagged everyone who was mutual friends with my real account (which he blocked), to let them know he’d be unfriending them and thus they’d be unable to comment back.

This is an elected official ladies and gentlemen. And here he is announcing a purge of his Facebook page, where he makes political announcements, because he believes that anyone who is mutually friends with me must be a spy for Turtleboy. What a child. What an immature, emotionally unbalanced child.

Since when do elected officials feel the need to hide their political views from the public? Hey Dante, if you actually believe in the things you say and do, then at least stand by them, don’t run and hide. Then again, Dante has refused my offer to debate him at the time and location of his choice, so this is pretty par for the course for him.

But it got better. Worcester Public School teacher and Worcester Magazine columnist Janice Harvey, who was once smeared as a racist for suggesting that she is “color blind” when assessing her students, commented on how unbecoming and unprofessional it was for an elected official to behave like this publicly.

It should be noted that Janice is as liberal as you can possibly get. I’m talking full on resister mode. This is not some right winger throwing jabs at him. She’s also a member of the media and an employee of the WPS, and since Dante is on the SC she has a reason to follow the things that he’s posting. No word on if he’s banned her yet for being Facebook friends with me. Janice and I don’t often talk politics because we disagree on so much, but she often likes pictures of my kids when they’re being adorable. I guess this is problematic now too.

Dante evidently didn’t like that, and accused her of reading “Turtleboy’s trash” to keep abreast of local news.

Hey Dante, it’s unprofessional because you’re an elected official publicly announcing that you’re defriending people because they’re Facebook friends with me. If I have to explain what’s unprofessional about that then it further proves why you’re not worthy of holding the office that you do.

She wasn’t the only teacher he went after though. Yesterday he posted this about well liked, accomplished, and overly qualified superintendent Maureen Binienda.

“We should be proud of students who are courageously speaking up against injustices.”

Oh, you mean the 9 kids who had a press conference yesterday in which they read off a script that you wrote for them and couldn’t even pronounce the words that you wrote?

Any of those kids look familiar?

Oh right, they worked on his campaign. Unpaid of course. Because Dante relies on their slave labor to advance his agenda.

What injustices have any of those kids faced? A free public education? Free after school activities? Free or reduced lunch if they qualify? Dedicated teachers willing to do anything to make sure they get a good education? Guidance counselors to help them navigate the college application process?

Oh right, they haven’t suffered injustice at all. These are among that top 1% of privileged children in the world, and they’ve been made to believe that they’re the victims of injustice. You’ve brainwashed them into believing that the “system” is racist. You say “systemic racism” because you’re too gutless to actually call the teachers themselves racist. But the teachers and principals make up the system, so the implication is clear. What kind of person goes out of their way to teach kids that they’re victims, and that the people oppressing them are the adults who actually care about them more than you ever possibly could?

He continued…..

There it is again – systemic racism. Don’t be fooled by the buzzwords – he means the teachers, principals, resource officers, and superintendent are racist.

And like any qualified public servant he announced that anyone who disagreed with his opinions would be banned from commenting.

Again, he is an elected official.

A teacher chimed in to point out that she thought Maureen Binienda is doing a great job, and how Dante had never stepped foot in her building.

“I have been involved with the WPS in various capacities for the past 15 years.”

What???? Dante is a 35 year old high school dropout. He was arrested in 2015 for driving without a license, which stemmed from his issues with addiction.

This wasn’t a long time ago. It’s who he was and who he is. He testified that his qualifications include being alcoholic, dropping out, getting in trouble, and believing he had AIDS while in high school.

In what capacity does this mean “involved with” with Worcester Public Schools?

She brought up a great point though – Dante has never stepped foot in most of the schools. His activism is from the sidelines, and his opinions are all scripted by other activists. He has no idea what actually happens in schools, and the real problems kids face. Because lots of kids come to school hungry, don’t get support at home, are victims of abuse, and other traumatic things that make it harder for them to learn and more likely to act out. Dante ignores all of these real issues and blames the bogeyman of “systemic racism” instead, because it’s easier to do that than find a REAL solution to the very real problems plaguing the schools. In other words, he’s just lazy.

Another teacher came forward to ask him what this meant.

He of course never responded. Keep in mind, the teacher’s union endorsed him 2 years ago despite the obvious red flags. Now he’s crapping all over them. Savvy political move on his part, let’s see if it pays off.

Of course teachers probably could’ve had a better understanding of just how inauthentic Dante was if they read this blogshowing that Dante recently plotted with mentally unstable friend Mike Gaffney to take down the local democratic party from the inside.

Most normal politicians at least try to appease people who disagree with them. Not Dante though. He tells them he could care less what they think because they’re not part of his voting base.

None of them are experts? They work in the schools. Pretty sure that makes them experts, or at least someone you should listen to. But he doesn’t want to do that because he’s been brainwashed by the Huffington Post into believing that racist teachers are the reason kids underperform in school.

Then finally there was this.

Of course the fake pastor Sarai Rivera is also blaming teachers for their “behaviour” that is harming children. God knows no teachers actually live in the district she represents, so she doesn’t need them anyway. And Bill Gardiner agrees. William Gardiner is a disgraced former police officer who was fired in 2002 after telling off a dispatcher and psychologist determined that he “can’t do the job” and that it was “not reversible.” He then got this home foreclosed on, and whined about that too. I couldn’t be prouder to list people like Sarai, Bill Gardiner, and Dante, as people who don’t like our blog. If we appealed to them we’d be doing something wrong, because they are dreadful.

Honestly, I can’t wait to see what happens in November. There’s a million reasons not to vote for Dante, and you need only watch this video to understand why that is.

This guy was lucky enough to get the support of the teachers who obviously didn’t know what kind of lunatic they were dealing with. He barely got on in a field of 7 candidates in which 6 got elected. There will be at least 12 in November though, and I find it hard to believe any teacher can support him at this point. If you’re a registered Worcester voter make sure you vote this guy out because he blames you specifically and your racist attitudes when problematic students get suspended or fail your class.
