If you’re looking for some live entertainment today, there’s a man on the loose in Pennsylvania who killed his stepmother and her 10 year old son (his stepbrother) three days ago, and he’s been updating his Facebook which is always a smart thing to do when you’re a suspect in a murder.
Source: Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a 21-year-old Cochranton man in connection with a double homicide Saturday at a home on Route 198, according to Crawford County District Attorney Francis Schultz.
“We’re looking for Jack Turner,” Schultz told the Tribune on Sunday evening after a state police press release announced a person of interest had been developed in the case.
Shannon Whitman, 49, and her 10-year-old son were found dead Saturday at approximately 10 p.m. when a family member returned home, according to police. Online court records show that Jack Elijah Turner faces a charge of theft by unlawful taking for an incident Saturday in Randolph Township. Turner has not been charged with homicide.
Turner appeared in the Tribune’s “Most Wanted” feature in December when he failed to appear for his formal arraignment after he was charged by Cochranton Police Department with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and disorderly conduct. According to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, Turner is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. State police are also searching for a gray- or silver-colored 2009 Lincoln MKS sedan, license plate KXW5126, that is believed to have been stolen from the victims’ residence.
As usual, someone had to show up in the comments to blame other people for the fact that this man chose to kill two people, including a 10 year old child.
If only he were better at wrestling he could’ve avoided a life of Internet wangsta culture and murder.
If “beat da case” is something in your vocabulary, your child is probably going to grow up without a father. That’s just science.
His Facebook posts while on the run certainly sound like a man who has no intention of being taken alive.
As you can see, his baby momma’s daddy has officially cut his daughter’s sperm donor out of his life. And all it took was a double homicide.
The manhunt has been going on for a couple days now and it looks like he robbed a gas station too.
A lot of people think he’s dead, but then he decided to go blair witch on Facebook Live last night, walking through the woods.
Pro tip – if you’re wanted for murder, and you’re trying to hide, don’t go on Facebook Live. Also, don’t confess to the crime in a Facebook post, unless of course you pan on pulling an Aaron Hernandez.
I guess this is what happens when you’re not good enough at wrestling. Instead of going off to college and living a normal life, or even getting a job, he elected to conceive a child with a girl he knew since grade school and the experimented with dog filters.
Next thing you know he’s experimenting with phrases like “stay strapped,” forgetting that he’s a skinny white boy from rural Pennsylvania.
And there he is threatening murder the day before he commits a murder. Wicked smart.
So. Much. Irony.
His Baby Momma is staying strong for him.
That should last a month or so.
So. Much. Irony.
I expect him to be dead or captured by the end of the day. Generally when you post updates on Facebook and do an impromptu live show of you running through the woods you probably don’t have a long term plan. Will he be taken alive or save the taxpayers the expense of housing him for the next 60 years? We will see.
Send this blog to him and ask him if he’ll come on the live show with me tonight. At this point what does he have to lose? Perhaps he can share with us the other side of the story and this whole thing was just one big misunderstanding.
