I just want to take this moment to make it clear that we do not condone any sort of vigilante justice, or any other behavior that would interfere with the work we’ve done exposing what has been going on with the Gan Rivkah Center in Milford. I bring this up because evidently someone called the Milford Police and told them that a resident there was being held against her will.
This was a lie that someone made up by calling the authorities, who according to people in Milford then went to the house. This is a disgusting abuse of first responder resources, and severely hurts the work that we’ve done, and the hours we’ve put in on this story. I can’t tell you how upset this makes me. You might’ve thought that this was somehow helping the cause, but it’s not. This hurts our cause. Like it or not, Hadassah will blame this on me. We know what we’re doing, we have a plan, and it doesn’t involve random people taking it upon themselves to make up lies to the police. We’ve linked calls to action in the blogs – alerting the Board of Health, calling the Milford Daily News, etc. We don’t need to make anything up to shut down the Gan Rivkah Center. We will continue to follow legal channels, and use the power of the pen to do what we always do.
Unfortunately this has happened before and it will happen in the future. When people try to BE Turtleboy, they usually do it wrong. Turtleboy has never been about lying or harassing anyone. Just enjoy our blogs and leave the heavy lifting to the professionals.
I would urge the person who did this to call the police back and let them know that you made a false report. Fair or not, the things that our readers do reflects upon us, which is why I’m here to make it abundantly clear that we condemn behavior like this.

Hello Turtle Riders. As you know if you follow Turtleboy we are constantly getting censored and banned by Facebook for what are clearly not violations of their terms of service. Twitter has done the same, and trolls mass reported our blog to Google AdSense thousands of times, leading to demonitization. We can get by and survive, but we could really use your help.
