Boston Attorney Wants To Cancel 9/11 Remembrance Because It Takes Focus Off Racist Police Shootings And Trump’s COVID Response

Meaghan Cary is an attorney at Piltser-Cowan Law.

As you can see from posts on her Facebook page, she is social justice warrior extraordinaire.

According to Piltser-Cowan Law’s website Cary has done extensive work as a public defender in Cambridge, Somerville, and Malden District Courts, helping criminals getting charges dismissed and suppressing key pieces of evidence that could lead to convictions.

Since today is the 19th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks she decided to share her thoughts on Facebook about why we should stop commemorating the 3,000 people who were killed that day.

An attorney actually woke up today and said to herself, “Today is September 11th, a great day to announce to the world that I’m taking a steamy dump on the memories of all those who died on September 11th.”

According to Attorney Cary we should stop forgetting about national tragedies and the worst terrorist attack in our country’s history because she was like, 19 when it happened. Sure, it was traumatic and awful, but police officers are killing criminals like Michael Brown so all those firefighters who ran into the World Trade Center should be forgotten.

More importantly, taking a day to remember the sacrifices that so many made on that day temporarily distracts us from what we should be doing – blaming President Trump for COVID. Taking any sort of focus off of that, even for a day, is no longer permissible. It’s totally not a numbers game to her, but she’s going to go ahead and use number of deaths as a reason to cancel 9/11 tributes anyway.

To make matters worse she used her Ilhan Omar School Of Wokeness degree to minimize the tragedy by saying, “some brown people killed some Americans.” It’s not like those radical Islamic terrorists were representative of a much larger group of people who want this country wiped off the face of the earth. They were “brown people,” so it’s racist to commemorate the people they killed because it could lead to “Islamophobia.”

I’ve left a review on their Facebook page, PLEASE do not do the same!
