Canton Coverup Part 474: Paul O’Keefe Has Tried To Contact Karen Read Multiple Times To Violate Her Bail

Snippets of Karen Read’s interview with Ted Daniel were aired last night and this morning on Boston 25 News, and although there was nothing groundbreaking about the interview, we did learn a few new things:

• The Norfolk DA’s Office has communicated with the US Attorney’s Office since the mistrial. The DA’s Office denied a FOIA request from Ted Daniel for all communication with the USAO, citing a protective order. This communication has been with the new administration, not Josh Levy.
• Karen Read’s drivers were hunted down and questioned by State Police after McAlbert supporter Mark Grossman contacted MSP in September of 2023 to report that her drivers had driven her and her attorneys past the O’Keefe household. Alan Jackson had never seen 1 Meadows Ave prior to that. This was an attempt to have Karen Read’s bail revoked for violating the stay away order that the O’Keefe family has on her. Nothing came of it because there is nothing illegal about driving down a public street.

• Jackson and Read said that they don’t know who killed John O’Keefe and it isn’t their responsibility to solve that mystery. Only the State Police have the resources to do that, but they have intentionally chosen not to look into alternative theories of John O’Keefe’s death.
• Ted Daniel asked the DA’s Office to interview Hank Brennan but they would not allow the special prosecutor to. There is nothing stopping them from speaking with the media, but thus far the only time Morrissey has done so was an August 25, 2023 video press release in which no questions were allowed to be asked.
• When asked what the number one thing that proves her innocence is, Read said it was the injuries to O’Keefe’s body: “The theory of the case is a car accident. The federal materials included a report that said there wasn’t a car accident. That’s 95% of the case.”
• Close friends of Read have had their phone records subpoenaed by the State Police. She is not referring to me here, she is referring to Jon Silveira, a close friend from college Natalie the German told police had replaced her as an intermediary between Read and Turtleboy.

• Read finds it disturbing that her movements have been tracked by the State Police, as outlined in Brian Tully’s after David in support of a search warrant that granted in December of 2023. They used these phone records to track where Read was, what flight she was on, and to analyze the amount of communication she’s had with me. All of this in an attempt to revoke her bail by having her charged with conspiracy to commit witness intimidation, which at least one grand jury has declined to do.
• She has a private investigator hunting down a new lead.
• Paul O’Keefe has messaged her and she just deletes the messages.

The news about Paul O’Keefe contacting her is disturbing, but not surprising. Paul is blinded by his personal hatred of Karen Read. He told me in prior conversations, and has repeated as such during his interview with Kristina Rex, that he “knew” Read was guilty “before the troopers were involved.”

“I knew what happened before any investigators spoke with me.”

Paul O’Keefe didn’t need to wait and see evidence. Karen Read rubbed him the wrong way by leaving John’s house early on the afternoon of January 29, 2022, rather than getting snowed in at a house where John’s mother was blaming her for John’s death. He had solved the mystery right then and there, and no facts or evidence that would come out in the future would change his opinion.

Paul told me it couldn’t be dog bites on his brother’s arm because only a trained professional could reach that conclusion.

Since then two trained doctors with decades of experience – Marie Russell and Frank Sheridan – have opined that those are in fact dog bites on John’s arm. The medical examiner Paul was relying on for his determination also testified that they could be dog bites.

But Paul O’Keefe doesn’t care, because he just doesn’t like Karen Read. It’s very sad that he’s lost two siblings before they could turn 50, but this doesn’t excuse his devious and underhanded attempts to have Read incarcerated for a crime she didn’t commit.

I’m not the least bit surprised that he has attempted to contact Read though, as Paul has experience with abusing court orders to have people he doesn’t personally like incarcerated. Paul messaged me in late July of 2024, while he was clearly intoxicated, said that he was “taking me down,” that I was going to jail again, and said that he was looking forward to my children being harmed by this.

This is not a good person. It’s sad what has happened to his family, but wishing that innocent children lose their father because you don’t like the fact that he supports a person you don’t like, is demented.

Paul has been seen on video hurling unprovoked insults at Karen Read’s brother on his way into court.

He stares down Read in court and smiles with his legs spread open as he enjoys every minute of the persecution she is experiencing at the hands of a corrupt District Attorney’s Office.

He is not acting this way simply because he’s upset about the death of his brother. While John was still alive he chose to drive drunk during the middle of the day and almost killed an elderly man in Lakeville in 2020. He refused to take a breathalyzer and to this day has not acknowledged the pain he caused to the victim.

As you will see in an upcoming story, Paul has a serious drinking problem.

He told Kristina Rex that Michael Proctor was the victim of government overreach, and that no one should’ve ever read the disgusting text messages he sent in the hours after Paul’s brother was murdered. This isn’t surprising considering he played college football with Proctor’s boss Brian Tully, who also didn’t have a problem with any of Proctor’s behavior.

Paul O’Keefe messaged Karen Read multiple times while pretending to be afraid of her, because like Lindsey Gaetani he has learned how to weaponize court orders against people he doesn’t like. Just like when they tried to have Read violated by turning her drivers against her, Paul is well aware that Read cannot respond to his likely drunken provocations. But he has learned from the Fake Victim that if he can get Read to respond to her that this can get her bail revoked. Keep in mind, according to court testimony Paul invited the Fake Victim to a February 26, 2024 hearing in his brother’s murder case, because he knew that bringing her with him would force me to leave the courtroom. Paul laughed about this after the hearing and told me “don’t get too comfortable,” knowing that he was part of a plot to have me violated and sent back to jail.

This is all a big joke to him.

The Fake Victim may have taught Paul the technique of contacting Read to have her violated, since she tried to contact me multiple times while she had a restraining order on me.

Why isn’t Paul O’Keefe speaking with the media like he said he was going to after the first trial? Why aren’t any of the McAlberts, any of the State Police, or anyone from the DA’s Office willing to speak with a reporter? As usual, the only person who seems willing to talk is the one who has every reason not to.
