Chelmsford Board Of Selectmen Member Emily Antul Calls Finance Committee Member Hard C Word In Heated Exchange
This is Chelmsford Board of Selectmen member Emily Antul.
She frequently posts stuff like this on Facebook about moderates and/or anyone who disagrees with her about anything.
Mom?
Definitely the kind of elected leader I’d like to have running my town. Then again this is the same town where a virtue signaling white member of their “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” Committee stated at a public meeting that all cops are bastards until they prove to him otherwise.
He later apologized and still serves on the committee, because when you’re on their team all you have to do is say sorry and you won’t be cancelled.
People like Emily Antul know this, and at Monday’s Board of Selectmen meeting Emily got into an argument with Finance Committee Member Annita Tanini and ended with a mic drop by calling her a “f***ing c***.” Fun starts around the 3:30:30 mark.
The reactions from the guy below her and the woman at the bottom were the best.
My feelings on that word are well documented. I officially brought it back from the land of the n word and made it a socially acceptable word to use in social settings. It’s a great word that flows off the tongue and accurately describes people better than any synonyms. However, I did not authorize its use in schools, places of worship, or official government meetings, so I must call foul on this one.
Of course there will be no repercussions for this because when you’re on her team you can say whatever you want. She can blame her anger on the Capitol riots, or climate change, or racial justice, and all will be forgiven. Just don’t misgender anyone or suggest that election fraud is real and you won’t get banned from anything.
