Dover Farm Invites Drag Queen Covered In Peanut Butter And Jelly To Read Books To Children In The Name Of Diversity, Inclusion, And Equity

This is D.A. Hayden from Wellesley, the Director of the Charles River Valley Portfolio that oversees Powissett Farm in Dover.

Recently she made an announcement that Powisset Farm would be hosting drag queen story hour for children as part of their “inclusive” Pride lineup.

This is not a celebration of Pride. It’s a man called Sham Payne appropriating and mocking what it means to be a woman. That’s all drag queens are – men who dress like prostitutes because that’s the stereotype of womanhood they hope to portray. This is nothing more than a way for wealthy white liberals to pat themselves on the back for being inclusive by proving to the world that they can stomach a freak show around their kids.

Keep in mind, Dover is the second wealthiest of the 351 towns and cities in Massachusetts. I’m quite sure you can find a member of the LGBT community in town who is very successful, like a doctor, lawyer, engineer, or entrepreneur. Someone with an education whose ties to literacy directly led to their success, who can show children that gay people are just like everyone else, and if they work hard they can afford to live in Dover too.

Instead the role model they chose to have read books to the kids in the name of diversity, equity, and inclusion was this human.

Here he is on Instagram covering himself in peanut butter and jelly and turning himself into a sandwich.

This was the most qualified person D.A. Hayden could find to read books to children.

A parent who has brought their children to the farm before wrote her an email expressing concern that this deranged man covered in peanut butter would be allowed around children. Here’s the email Hayden sent explaining her decision.

Oh, I see – it’s a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the Boston Globe wrote good things about it. He’ll be reading the children propaganda encouraging them to identify with whatever gender they feel like, and if necessary begin to chemically castrate themselves before they’re old enough to decide they don’t wanna do that.

If you bring your kids to an event like this you are a horrible parent. You can teach kids to respect all human beings, but that doesn’t mean a man in drag dressed as a hooker and covered in jelly is the best choice to read books to them.
