Emerson College Feminists Smear 12 Male Students By Accusing Them Of Being Rapists With Graffiti And Fliers, Denounce School For Awarding Due Process

The Boston Globe reported last week that Emerson College in Boston released the following statement, regarding students who were leaving fliers around campus accusing several male students of being rapists.

Dear members of the Emerson community,

This morning, an unknown person or persons, wrote on street level advertising posters and the walls of the Little Building the names of Emerson College students whom they believe have violated the College’s Sexual Misconduct Policy. The College has removed all of these writings. Any similar writings posted on College property will be removed when the College becomes aware of them.

We encourage members of our community to report incidents of sexual misconduct through the following resources: 1) by initiating a report with the College’s Title IX Coordinator; or 2) by seeking support from the College’s Healing & Advocacy Collective. While the College does not disclose reports of student sexual misconduct, we take appropriate action on each and every single report.

Some students feel that the College has not adequately addressed some incidents of sexual misconduct. The College does not tolerate sexual misconduct. A culture of sexual misconduct undermines the capacity for students to thrive in a learning community. Some incidents are reported to the College, and others are not. The College acts decisively on all reported incidents of sexual misconduct.  Yet, the College understands that some members of the community feel that there are barriers to reporting incidents of sexual misconduct.

Emerson values an inclusive, diverse, and respectful learning, living, and working environment, and we work to ensure that no person in the Emerson community is denied this opportunity because of discrimination or harassment based on sex or gender, including gender identity and gender expression. We believe that equal access and full participation as a member of the Emerson community is critical to individual success and to Emerson’s vision as an intellectual and creative community in which teaching, learning, scholarship and creative work are accomplished at the highest levels and in a way that manifest our values.

Our cherished and long held College value of basic fairness is undermined when members of our community accuse other members of violating the College’s code of conduct without the benefit of all the facts. The College encourages any students who have concerns or have been impacted by these events to contact the Office of the Campus Life, the Healing and Advocacy CollectiveEmerson Counseling and Psychological Services (ECAPS), or the Office of the Chaplain.

In other words, a bunch of uncharged, completely innocent guys had their names written all over Boston, labeling them as rapists despite any evidence validating the claims, and the school did the right thing by reminding these Fascists that throwing accusations out there like that is not fair to the accused.

I Googled almost every name on that list. All of them are students that are into the arts. Obviously then they are much more likely to be depraved sexual predators, because everyone knows the guys in the theater class are known to be aggressive towards and intolerant of women. I have no idea if they are rapists any more than I know that any of you reading this are rapists. Nor do I know if they are murderers, thieves, pedophiles, or bank robbers.

But I do know that in America it’s not up to you to prove to me that you’re not a criminal. At least that seems to be the standard with every crime except sexual assault and/or sexual harassment, which vary in degrees of seriousness like no other crime. A rape in which a woman is held down against her will while yelling “no,” is obviously much worse than some dude pulling a Joe Biden. Yet they’re all lumped together by modern day feminists who seek to be victims so that they can whine about overcoming the patriarchy. And these women and white knights evidently did not like the message that was being sent by their school:

The chance to be heard? They can go to the police if they’ve been sexually assaulted and they will be heard. This is just a mob lynching people in public without any evidence.

Some couldn’t believe that students who haven’t been charged with a crime are allowed to keep going to school, while others blamed the President for releasing the insensitive statement.

Yea, imagine thinking that a press release announcing that you’d be respecting due process was rights was a good idea? What were they thinking?

Imagine getting a theater degree from an expensive private arts school, and then working in the mail room and not making enough money to afford conditioner.

Some of the alumni feminists jumped in to share their stories of baseless character assassination too.

“Known rapists” = people never charged with a crime, who I blindly believed were rapists because friends of mine accused them without any evidence. Shocking that she instinctively “believes survivors.”

And by “survivors” she means, “anyone who says they are the victim of a crime, regardless of whether or not they can provide any sort of evidence whatsoever.”

Then there’s this human.

“I believe survivors” Facebook filter and pronouns in the bio.

Every. Single. Time.

Allison MacClean claimed that the students whose names were being smeared everywhere as rapists were “known abusers” who have been reported to the Title IX office, but were not immediately expelled and banned from attending classes in the vicinity of “survivors.”

Keep in mind, this is coming from a woman who believes she stopped an African warlord by virtue signaling on Facebook.

Because it’s the job of the “Title IX investigator” to play detective now. This, in and of itself is a HUGE problem that the Trump administration has worked to correct. On college campuses a baseless allegation of rape is enough to get you kicked out. It doesn’t matter if there’s no evidence because colleges don’t have to abide by basic due process codes that actual courts of law use as a basis. There are so many examples of this happening to guys on college campuses:

  • The Yale student who was found not guilty in an actual court of law but guilty in a Yale kangaroo court and was expelled because under Yale’s standard, “there must be a greater than 50 percent likelihood that the accused committed the crime in order to be found guilty.” You also don’t get a lawyer and don’t get to face your accuser.
  • At Michigan State two students referred to as “Nathan and Melanie” in legal documents were already in a romantic relationship when Nathan put his hand under Melanie’s shirt, but 16 months later, Melanie – who was awaiting gender reassignment surgery and now identifies as a man – made a formal complaint to MSU officials for the “one-time, non-consensual touching.” Melanie cited being transgender as the key reason for coming forward and claimed to fear encountering her ex-lover in the male bathrooms. He was charged with sexual harassment by the school, but not the police, and barred from campus.
  • In 2016 Jack Montague was the captain of Yale’s Ivy League Champion basketball team, but he didn’t get to play in the NCAA Tournament because he was expelled after the school coerced a woman he had consensual sex with into claiming she was the victim of sexual assault. He was never arrested or charged, despite being investigated by real police and is currently suing the school.
  • At Columbia University in 2012 a male student’s life was ruined when a woman known as “mattress girl” falsely accused him of raping her. He was exonerated in real court AND in school court, but was humiliated by the girls and the college when professors urged her to carry the mattress around campus as a way to draw attention to him being an alleged rapist. He since successfully sued the school in court.

Just Google it. There’s a million other examples. This is the worst time in history to be a male college student. She continued….

“A survivor’s word is fact.”

This person actually means that, and it got more likes than any other comment on Emerson’s Facebook page. Accusations are now facts, and they don’t see what could possibly go wrong with this. Scary.

As we saw with Judge Kavanaugh in September, we are dealing with a group of people who have no concept of due process. They are so blinded by ideology that they cannot see that they are using tactics made famous by such historical figures as Salem courts in the 1600’s, Senator Joseph McCarthy, and the Ku Klux Klan.

Then there was Julia Saukkonen, an entitled, and sheltered woman from Newton.

She seems pleasant. Here’s what she had to say….

“KNOWN” abusers. She believes it, therefore it’s known. And she’s upset that the college doesn’t have a detective on staff to investigate Title IX claims from women.

Newsflash – if you want an investigation then call the cops. That’s what they do. Furthermore, given how trigger happy colleges are to expel the accused, if you couldn’t get them to take these students off campus then you had NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER!! According to one commenter, who had to use anonymity because of the current mob climate on campuses, these “rapists” were just guys who made jokes.

It’s almost as if there are degrees to “sexual assault” and “sexual harassment.”

This is one of the women who claims she was victimized and the school isn’t doing enough.

I use the term “woman” loosely.

So we are to believe that this biologically born male was sexually assaulted by a heterosexual male who happens to like women who used to be guys. I can’t imagine why those charges weren’t taken more seriously.

The school has covered up the names of the falsely accused students.

Which has further infuriated the woke patrol.

Every. Single. Time.

This woman is really upset that a guy she accused of a crime with no corroborating evidence was allowed to continue to take classes at the school he pays money to attend.

Either way, if Trump wasn’t President a lot of the kids on that list would be expelled by now. It’s because they now have due process rights, and the federal government is overseeing their schools, that they can finish their degrees.

There’s nothing more dangerous to our institutions than a modern day feminist. They’ve trivialized the real trauma of real rape victims by getting behind everyone regardless of whether or not their stories are believable. What these people are doing to innocent men is pure evil, and they get to pretend to be the good guys on social media for “calling out” their school. Not on my watch. These people should be called out each and every time they do this for being the fascists that they are.
