Facebook Removed Our Post About American Children Learning Songs About Beheading Infidels Because It Was Hate Speech

Yesterday we published a blog about a school in Philadelphia that was teaching kids to sing songs about the virtues beheading infidels.

All we did was report the facts about what happened, and posted a pretty harmless joke on the TBNews Facebook page. For this the post was removed for hate speech, and the personal account used to post it was suspended for 30 days.

“Blowing up too fast.” Get it? Because they’re teaching these kids the virtues of becoming suicide bombers. That literally happens in the video, which has been shared far and wide on social media. Evidently this targeted people based on their religion.

Clearly there are protected classes on Facebook, and we crossed a line by reporting on what one of these protected classes was doing. This is an important news story and a matter of public concern that Facebook has arbitrarily decided we don’t get to talk about. By not discussing topics like this the public remains in the dark about what is going on in our country, and this can effect how people vote, which means Facebook is participating in election meddling.

Repeat after me and get this through your heads – platform access is a civil right. Civil rights are whatever the public decides is a civil right. Fifty years ago society decided that eating lunch at a dining counter was a civil right, because we said it was. The same can be done with Facebook. This is a privately owned company, but they control the public square and everyone has a right to speak in the public square.

Hello Turtle Riders. As you know if you follow Turtleboy we are constantly getting censored and banned by Facebook for what are clearly not violations of their terms of service. Twitter has done the same, and trolls mass reported our blog to Google AdSense thousands of times, leading to demonitization. We can get by and survive, but we could really use your help.
