Holden Man Who Shot Victim During Home Invasion Hasn’t Been Prosecuted By Worcester DA 3 Years Later, Is Suing TB, Wants To Move In With 2 Kids, Has Many Previous Charges Including A&B On Police

Marc is a violent offender who is suing my now dissolved company for this blog posted on Turtleboy in 2017 by former blogger Fiesty Turtle Lady. The blog, which was not widely read, chronicled the many times Marc Aldana ran afoul of the law, and included Google trophies for dealing drugs, a party he hosted where someone got stabbed, possession of bomb making materials, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a police officer, suspicion of armed robbery, assault and batter with a dangerous weapon (car), larceny, breaking and entering, and resisting arrest.
Aldana was sentenced two concurrent terms of 20 months in the Worcester House of Corrections in 2016 after being found guilty on the counts of secreting/throwing/launching/placing explosive devices.
According to sources he never went to prison because he’s a well known confidential informant who turns in other drug dealers to avoid prison time. He’s well known by the Worcester and Holden Police Department, as well as the Worcester County DA’s office. Fiesty referred to him as a “career criminal,” and he’s suing me for that now, despite the fact that he has clearly spent much of his adult life being arrested for and charged with crimes.
The blog Fiesty wrote about came after an April 2017 arrest for a home invasion in the West Tatnuck neighborhood of Worcester. Her blog cited and opined on this Telegram and Gazette story detailing how Marc Aldana entered the house of a pot dealer named Nick Valente and attempted to steal his gun safe. Valente came home during the robbery, realized they had been robbed, got his gun and waited in the basement with his girlfriend. Valente shot Aldana as he entered the basement and Aldana shot back at him. Valente’s now wife Amber was in the basement as well, but she was not hit and played dead.

That motion to dismiss was denied in September of 2018, so why hasn’t the case been heard yet? Is it because Marc Aldana made a deal with ADA Joseph Simmons?
I called the DA’s office several times this week, sent emails, and have not heard back. This is the same DA’s office (Joe Early) that has a conflict with Turtleboy beacause we broke the story about how Early pressured the State Police to delete incriminating information on Alli Bibaud’s arrest report, presumably at the behest of Bibaud’s judge father Tim.
Marc is now suing me in a meritless lawsuit. He claims that he’s not a career criminal because career criminals are people convicted of 3 felony charges (he’s not there yet). He says he was defamed because he was found not guilty for the bomb making charges, he wasn’t out on bail when he committed one of his crimes, he doesn’t sell drugs, he doesn’t endanger lives, and he never tried to kill someone with an unregistered gun, even though he shot Nick Valente in Valente’s house.

He says that he’s not a “scumbag” or a “cockroach,” and that people in the comments section said he killed his best friend (yes, he’s suing me for comments I didn’t write on a blog I didn’t write). He also said that Worcester cops told him they read the blog when he was in the hospital after being shot by Valente in self defense.
He’s suing me for four counts – violation of constitutional rights, libel, invasion of privacy, and negligence. For the libel claim he says that we damaged his reputation in the community, and put him up for “hatred, contempt, and ridicule,” even though the Telegram has published many stories about him, as have other media outlets, and any reputational damage stemmed from the fact that he’s been arrested and charged with serious crimes so many times.
His damages include pain and suffering, emotional distress, shame, humiliation, degradation, permanent loss of natural psychological development, loss of educational opportunity, financial opportunities, personal fulfillment, family relations, travel, friends, enjoyment, and expression.
And by family he means his baby momma Carly Johnson from Northborough, who somehow allows this dangerous man around her two children.
It should be noted that Carly Johnson has had an issue with Turtleboy for several years now and participated in the failed boycott of 2017.
What kind of mother allows a monster like this around their kids? I’m extremely worried about their safety and wouldn’t blame anyone if they called DCF. I reached out to Carly for comment on this story and she insisted that I was violating the invasion of privacy statute, said that I was attempting to extort her by asking to speak to her on the phone, and threatened to get a restraining order. In particular I wanted to question her about an email I received from a source close to Aldana who alleged that she was driving the getaway car on the day of the home invasion in Worcester. Aldana’s white BMW was found abandoned a mile from the home. I can’t imagine how he could afford a BMW despite no signs of employment, but Carly seems to like BMW’s and posted another one on her Facebook page last year.
I contacted Aldana and offered to make a deal with him in order to avoid costly litigation in November. I have to pay attorney’s fees, but it’s all fun and games for him as a pro se plaintiff. Much like with Rian Waters and others who have sued me, there is nothing to deter people like this from filing frivolous lawsuits intended to bankrupt business owners like myself.Here’s the email he sent me in return.
Meanwhile he’s also being enabled by professors at Mount Wachusett Community College, who wrote him letters of reference to ease the conditions of his probation so that he could move in with his girlfriend and kids.

The motion to dismiss the four counts was recently heard before judge Peter Krupp in Worcester, but he only dismissed counts 1, 3, and 4, not the libel claim. However, thanks to the fact that we prevailed on the SLAPP grounds (strategic lawsuits against public participation, which are meant to silence speech by burying defendants in legal fees) we can now ask the court to grant us lawyer fees when we eventually prevail. Of course Marc Aldana lives with his Mom currently and is indignant so he’ll try to avoid paying that. For now he has nothing to lose by doing this, and is basically trying to milk us for a settlement so that he and his girlfriend can move into an apartment with their kids.
My question is, why is this dangerous criminal not being prosecuted by Joe Early’s office? The charges haven’t been dismissed. He was held on $500K bail. They obviously consider him extremely dangerous. They just don’t seem to be in a rush to get to it. Possibly because Aldana is a rat who’s feeding information to the Worcester or Holden Police and the DA’s office in order to stay out of jail and attempt to be a father.
We fight to expose people like this and I’ll never stop. Fiesty isn’t with us anymore but I stand by her blog. I won’t be silenced by thugs and criminals who file frivolous lawsuits. If you’d like to donate to keep the fight going the link is below.
