Kylie Kirkpatrick Is Out Of Jail On Recognizance, Reunited With Son, Driving For Instacart Despite 8th Felony Charge Of Child Abuse

California con-artist mother Kylie Kirkpatrick was arrested by the Napa Police over two weeks ago and charged with 7 felonies. I do have some updates on this story, some of which I have already discussed on the live show (which is why you should subscribe to our YouTube channel by clicking here and get content before everyone else):

  1. Kylie was charged with an 8th felony for child abuse after her house was raided by the police.
  2. Kylie’s $100K bail was irrelevant thanks to California’s AB 109, which amongst other things allows “non-violent” criminals like Kylie Kirkpatrick to be released on recognizance, no matter how high the bail is.
  3. Despite the felony charge of child abuse Kylie was reunited with her son Ryan just days after her release.
  4. Kylie is now delivering food for Instacart.

No matter how ridiculous Massachusetts’ criminal justice system can be, just remember that there is a state 3,000 miles from here that is like Massachusetts on steroids.

The fact that a well known company like Instacart hired a convicted felon (how quickly we forget that Kylie served time in prison for a variety of charges) who is being charged with 8 felonies, seems rather concerning. Especially since she could potentially be asked to deliver food to someone’s house who has a restraining order out against her (of which there are multiple people), and she now has people’s phone numbers, addresses, and potentially other information as a direct result of her new found employment.

Apparently just like the Napa Valley Register, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, and the Oakland Raiders, Instacart doesn’t do background searches either.

Multiple people have tried reaching out to Instacart with their concern but haven’t had success getting through because they’re likely quite busy these days.

Just remember though, when politicians use buzzwords like “criminal justice reform,” this is what they mean.  Never forget…..
