Local Man Threatens Legal Consequences After Publication Of Blog Accusing Him Of Trashing Middleboro Woman’s Lawn Due To Pro Police Signs, Reselling Free Filing Cabinet

 

Yesterday we published a blog about Peyton Cook, a local fiddler accused of trashing a woman’s lawn while picking up a free filing cabinet in Middleboro because the woman had pro police signs and flags in her yard, which made her a Nazi in the eyes of the Diddler on the Roof.

I have 2 updates on this story.

1. He put the filing cabinet up for sale for $40 on a yard sale page

Not even mad about him for that. There’s nothing more American than getting something for free and selling it for a profit. This guy’s obviously a savvy capitalist at heart, but ironically he’s also on a team that thinks capitalism is the root of all evil.

 

2. He’s pressing charges against Turtleboy and may or may not be suing me for deformation and doxxing.

Sorry Peyton, but I have some bad news for you:

• I didn’t dox you. I posted your name and pictures from your public Facebook page on a blog. That’s not me sharing your address, phone number, and social security number. 
• The victim claims you trashed her personal property and drove on her lawn. Multiple sources confirmed this. You are not law abiding, nor did you deny it. 
• I look forward to speaking with the lawyer who gave you the very wise advice that we would be shut down because we used screenshots of a message you sent a woman who gave you a free filing cabinet. I hope he didn’t charge you a retainer.
• I did share your name and a picture of your Korean boy band husband. This is something called “free speech.”
• Maybe just don’t be a dickhead and you won’t end up on TB?
