Massachusetts Witness Intimidation Statute Does Not Trump The First Amendment
I am now doing pre-recorded streams that we will be broadcasting live after the fact. First one is this morning at 9:30 going over the two recent rulings by judges against the First Amendment.

But hey I’m willing to listen to reason, please explain to me , in an intelligent manner, and provide answers based on credible, verifiable, evidence 1) how the CPD found every sliver of clear cocktail glass, but missed a shoe, hat, and 37 pieces of red taillight, (the SERT team didn’t find a single piece of cocktail glass, which means that CPD officers found every little piece of that glass, yet missed everything else)
2) Proctor botching this investigation, yet he was on POINT with his other investigations during this time
3) why Proctor only requested Geofencing data for androids (knowing Read, O’Keefe, and many in the house had apple cell phones,
4) why Proctor didn’t recuse himself due to his previous ties to the families involved
5) why the house wasn’t searched
6) why there was no attempt to check ring cameras in the neighborhood
7a)the issue with what time Proctor claimed Reads car was towed, b) why the ADA backed up Proctors lie and blamed it on daylight savings, c) why ultimately the ADA acknowledged Proctor made an “error” after it was 100% proven the car was towed an hour earlier
8) all the errors on Proctors reports for that matter
9) undocumented searches for evidence at 34 Fairview by Prictor with no notes, photos, or chain of custody records for alleged taillight pieces found.
10)Brian Albert never coming out of his house
11) missing library footage for the exact 2 minutes Read drove by
12) Luckys testimony
13)how everybody missed a 200 plus pound man on the lawn, and I mean EVERYONE
14) the prosecution changing their story abruptly
15) lack of damage to O’Keefe’s lower extremities and torso after being hit by a 2 ton vehicle allegedly going 24 MPH
16) McCabes google search at 2:27 am “hos long to die in cold”
17)Matt McCabe’s testimony he saw “V Shaped” tire tracks
18) O’Keefe’s Apple Watch ascending and descending stairs
19) lack of blood (6 drops in total found) in the vicinity of the body, despite a 2 inch gash to the back of John’s head soaking his clothing in blood
20) how a vehicle accelerated from a stand still, to 24 mph in 60 feet, with snow on the ground, in reverse
21) the ford edge parked where O’Keefe’s body was ultimately found
22) why Lt Tully didnt give the order to the MSP SERT team, (which was on standby waiting for the order to search for evidence) until after 5:40pm, after 20 inches of snow fell, darkness had fallen, the wind still blowing, and conditions couldn’t have been worse? (Hint, no explanation has ever been given)
23) why the crime scene was secured
24) why Read’s car was towed to CPD even though they were no longer involved in the investigation and there are a total of 9 MSP barracks with garages that were closer and it would have been easier to transport her car to
I understand it’s a lot, but please, explain those questions. I’m open minded, there should be an explanation for all of them if Read is guilty!

Honestly, I have an open mind. If the defense’s case hinged on just Brian Albert not coming outside and Proctor getting the time wrong regarding when the car was towed I would believe in Read’s guilt. But it’s not just an odd coincidence with a minor mistake here and there that can be explained!!. I listed 24 valid questions/major issues with the prosecution’s case that they will have to explain to a jury, and they can’t!! (And that’s not ALL of them) There is a clear pattern of deception from the MSP from the very BEGINNING!

Pre-recording allows him to watch it back and re-check statements made before posting. Doing this will ensure people don’t take his words out of context to try to use against him. It’s a smart idea, given the corruption/injustice that’s been taking place.
Wouldn’t it be easier for him to just shut the fuck up? Or switch to doing stories about ratchets and foodstamp sellers, like in the old days? I feel like he’s doing himself no favors whatsoever at this point, and if the judges/juries/legal system/yadda are corrupt then they’ll find something in his prerecorded lunacy as well.

As an observer….I wish turtleboy had just stuck to the facts and kept reporting the glaring holes in the prosecutions case. Instead he ceased being a journalist and became some half-assed vigilante. The first rule of journalism is to report the news, not become the news. Making statements akin to, “your life as you know it is over” or “I’ll make it my goal in life to ruin your life”, to “witnesses” may not ultimately be illegal, but at the same time wasn’t smart. I’m getting bored of these blogs about him backtracking and trying to spin what he did…..get back to exposing food stamp fraud, or investigate North Andover elected officials that are siding with hamas….I don’t care about your legal theories.

Judge Krupp and Judge Casper, please review the facts of the Karen Read case. Aiden Kearney is drawing public attention to a clumsy murder coverup. He is telling the truth about this miscarriage of justice and is trying to save face for the Commonwealth.
