Let’s make a difference today by identifying the man in this video who took his small dog in his trunk to a lot in West Springfield, abandoned it, and the conversed with someone who was asking him if the dog belonged to him as the poor dog practically begged not to be left there.

This guy needs to be brought to justice. Take a good long look at him.

It’s license plate 4VSW10 if someone can run that for us. According to a commenter that plate doesn’t match the car he was driving, and are registered as inactive plates to a pickup truck. So in other words, this guy is a professional loser because anyone who has ever been in a situation where they’re putting inactive license plates on a Honda Accord (or even drives a Honda Accord in the first place) is habitually up to no good.

FYI the man he was speaking with was asking if it was his dog and the nudnik told him no. The dog is currently safe, but the driver is still unknown. Let’s find out who he is and make him famous.
