Springfield Man Puts Down Pit Bull Just Hours After Posting On Facebook Looking For Someone To Adopt Him Until He Got An Apartment
A man named David Black from Springfield posted on Facebook at 9:51 AM on Tuesday that he needed someone to take in his aggressive and muzzled dog or else he’d have to put him down.
The mere fact that the dog requires a muzzle, plus the fact that Dave Black is this transient, tells me everything I need to know about the way the dog was raised. And I think we all know what breed the poor thing is.
I for one am shocked that someone with a Facebook profile picture like this:
Would have a pit bull so aggressive that it requires a muzzle while going for walks.
An hour later he was pleading for someone to take the dog or it would have to be put to sleep.
A cursory look at his Facebook page shows you that he posts graphic hoodrat content (not going to post the inappropriate stuff here, but you can take a look at his page) all hours of the day, which would lead some to conclude that he’s not doing everything in his power to find the dog a home.
And I think we all can figure out what this means.
If you’re going to post about selling drugs in coded language, you should probably be less obvious about it. Defeats the purpose of using coded language.
Then just 3-4 hours after his initial post he made this update.
He had his dog killed. What a heartless, disgusting thing to do. Then again, he warned us.
Good news though – Ali Hitchcock will take him now.
There were actually people above offering him help, but that was obviously too much work for him.
This is one of the most heartless, lazy, disgusting things I’ve ever seen. If you’re not financially sound enough to raise a dog, then don’t get a dog. They’re not toys for you to pawn off on friends. And if you do get one, don’t raise it to be a savage, even if you are one.
