That’s my hot sportball take of the weekend.
If Myles Garrett had done that same exact thing to a woman in a hotel hallway he’d be the Browns third down running back.
Oh wait, they already have a third round running back that did that and his name is Kareem Hunt.
Mason Rudolph is a punk who tried ripping Garrett’s helmet off and then came after him.
Garrett was 1,000% in the wrong for using the helmet as a weapon and could’ve killed him. But he didn’t, and everyone’s fine now.
We pay these guys to be violent sociopaths for our entertainment. We don’t get to pearl clutch when they snap.
Ultimately I am a consumer of sport. I want to see the best of the best when I turn on the TV. Myles Garrett is top five defensive player in the NFL right now on a competitive team that will make the playoffs. The league is a better place with him in it.
