Woman Who Mocked Murdered Rhode Island Teen’s Grieving Family Identified As West Warwick Woman With Extensive Criminal History Who Got $10,624 In PPP Loans

Yesterday we published a blog about a Rhode Island guttermuppet who goes by Shy Le-James on Facebook, after she left some very disrespectful comments on the Facebook page of a grieving mother whose daughter Olivia Passaretti was killed by a career criminal named Aramis Segura on New Years Ever.

She really seems to dislike the gays.

Since this crusty slampig wanted attention we figured we’d give it to her, because she deserved to be publicly shamed. Meet Chiyen Le, AKA Chiyen Le-James from West Warwick.

It’s not clear if she’s friends with the murderer, but one thing they do have in common is their extensive criminal background. Chiyen has been arrested not once, not twice, not thrice, but four times for driving without a license in the last 4 years, including her most recent arrest 5 days after Olivia was killed.

She’s been arrested for shoplifting in North Kingstown, Providence, and Cranston.

Her unwillingness to pay for things probably stems from the fact that creditors frequently take her to court for unpaid debts.

Her inability to drive with a license probably has something to do with the fact that she likes to drive in breakdown lanes and go through red lights.

And she has a tendency to be a fugitive from justice occasionally.

She also did in fact reproduce.

Which is just awful, and hopefully that child was snatched up by the DCF Fairy a long time ago.

But creditors and shop owners aren’t the only people she defrauds. She also likes to steal from the taxpayers, which is why she was given over $10K in PPP loans for her “independent contracting” in the field of “agents and managers for artists, athletes, entertainers, and other public figures industry.”

Apparently you don’t have to provide any sort of proof or evidence to get a $10K gift from the government. All someone like Chiyen Le has to do is tell Daddy Government that they lost business as an independent entertainer agent, and they’ll just send you a check. The amount of fraud that happened during the “pandemic” will go down in history as one of the great free for alls of all time.

In summation, Chiyen Le is a deadbeat mother, career criminal, and despicable human being who taunts grieving families on Facebook and thinks the laws don’t apply to her or her friends. All of this explains why she was fully on board with the communist street rioters known as “black lives matter.”

It’s really sad that Olivia’s family has to live in a state where dangerous criminals remain free to kill their daughter, and ratchets like this feel free to harass and taunt them as they seek justice. If this maggot doesn’t spend substantial time behind bars then I never want to hear another word from BLM or any other communist organization about how we need “criminal justice reform.” This case proves the opposite – we don’t lock up nearly enough people.
