Convicted Felon Given Platform To Make Baseless Allegations Of Child Sexual Abuse Against Popular YouTuber Gives Inconsistent Testimony On Birthday Bash 

 

For months a man on YouTube who goes by the Internet moniker “Ray from Dallas” has been one of the biggest champions, defenders, and supporters of all things Turtleboy. “Ray,” who claimed to be a black man in Dallas, is completely unfiltered, uses derogatory language, and antagonizes people who he perceives to be enemies of TB. For that reason he is not everyone’s cup of tea.

Since Ray did not go on camera, many suspected that he was not actually a black man from Dallas, and might be one of Turtleboy’s friends using a voice changer. It seemed unfathomable to many that TB’s reach was so large that some random, unaffiliated black man in Texas would feel the need to support his work as hard as Ray does.

But that all changed a week or so ago when Ray was “doxxed” as a result of a fraudulent YouTube strike on his channel. He played content from someone else’s channel for criticism, which falls under fair use and is not a copyright violation. Ray filed a counterclaim to this copyright claim and when he did so he had to use his real name. The person who filed the claim on him (Meredith O’Neill) then saw his identity and began researching him for the purposes of “doxxing” his identity. She sent him a threatening email, telling him that he should speak to her on the phone about her demands, or else she would be revealing his identity to the Internet.

 

One hour later she fired off an angrier email, mentioning the name of a family member, demanding that he respond to her by 8 PM, and warning him that her “mood is changing” the more she voluntarily chose to listen to his YouTube presentations.

Unfortunately for her this plan backfired when Ray went on camera and doxxed himself. He also spoke about the deep dark secrets that would come out about him, including losing a child a few years ago.

 

While researching Ray from Dallas on social media, Ms. O’Neil came across a Facebook post from this man:

 

Alexander Ramsour is a 37 year old man from South Dallas, with a long and documented history of violent crimes.

 

 

He is currently on probation.

 

But at least he can brag to the world about how he isn’t one of those “dirty n***as and hoes that’s scared of that hospital” because he has “money and clean dick.”

So obviously things are going well for him in life.

Meanwhile, Karray Bradshaw is the proud father of thriving children who are excelling academically.

Alex Ramsour’s grandfather was once married into Ray’s family, so they two of them knew each other when they were younger. When Ramsour got out of jail he reportedly asked Ray for money, got turned down, and became bitter over it. Since then he has been making threatening statements about Mr. Bradshaw, as well as accusations of sexual misconduct online. During her research Ms. O’Neil came across an August 21, 2024 post made by Mr. Ramsour, accusing Bradshaw of being a child predator who “fucks with kids.” He demanded that Ray come out of hiding and face him. Ms. O’Neil commented underneath the post, telling Mr. Ramsour that she had DM’d him and wanted to speak about the accusation.

Ms. O’Neil then shared this post to her Twitter account (@OldMerIsDead) without vetting if the information contained in it was true. As a result Florida Attorney Amy Melia sent Ms. O’Neil a cease and desist, demanding that the posts about her client Mr. Bradshaw be removed because they were defamatory. After initially mocking Attorney Melia, Ms. O’Neil ended up deactivating her entire Twitter account and removing all of her streams about her ex-boyfriend from her YouTube channel.

Mr. Bradshaw has gotten into several online feuds in his defense of Turtleboy, often directing his ire towards those who disrespect the man he refers to as “the GOAT” and “the reason for the season.” However, he recently made amends with one content creator by the name of James Amaral, a Malden man best remembered for running across 3 lanes of traffic in 2018 to save a Red Sox AL East Championship banner, which he then withheld in the hopes of getting playoff tickets. On February 3 Mr. Amaral was holding his first annual birthday bash on his YouTube channel when he was joined by Mr. Bradshaw, alongside Atlanta rapper Randy Baldassari, deep thinker “Kevy Kev”, and Haverhill activist Jason Brillon, who many credit with being the driving force behind Karen Read’s freedom.

Despite their previous differences, the participants were behaving like gentleman and getting along well. That all changed when Amaral unexpectedly brought Ramsour up on the panel to ambush Bradshaw, who immediately left.

Ray claims that he left because he had previously been advised by counsel not to confront or interact with Mr. Ramsour. However, Ramsour did not have counsel advising him to remain silent, as he began claiming that he witnessed Mr. Bradshaw giving oral sex to young boys multiple times around the year 1999. According to him, his testimony alone constituted the “receipts” (evidence), and while he was in jail serving an 8 year sentence for aggravated robbery, he was known for beating up pedophiles. Mr. Ramsour claims that the rapes took place at his grandfather’s house.

 

Mr. Ramsour appears to be openly homophobic, claiming that “his (Ray’s) brother the same way” (a pedophile) because “his brother a faggot too,” and that “his brother a drag queen, his brother wear a dress and makeup, it’s in the family man.” This seems to suggest that Ramsour believes that homosexuality is a genetic condition that runs in the family and turns men into pedophiles. Ramsour claims that he didn’t realize there was anything wrong with the fact that he claimed to have witnessed Bradshaw raping unidentified children multiple times because he was too young, but that once he got older he realized he had a family full of predators, and a duty to expose them on random YouTube channels. As he said this Ms. O’Neil could be seen in the comments saying “#vindicated”.

Ramsour claims that after he got out of jail he contacted one of the men who he claims he witnessed being raped by Bradshaw, and that the victim told him he was upset Alex hadn’t said anything.  Because apparently this victim was entirely dependent on Alexander Ramsour to be his voice, and the appropriate venue for doing that was on James Amaral’s first annual YouTube birthday bash.

 

Shortly after that Ms. O’Neil joined the panel, which she clearly had nothing to do with organizing herself. She admitted that she had spoken with Ramsour prior to going on the stream.

 

She said that she was working on another project involving Ray, and that she believed Mr. Ramsour, despite not doing any research on his background.

Had she done any background research she may have come across this 2007 murder case, in which Alexander’s uncle Bobby Lee Ramsour was convicted of killing a rival wheelchair bound drug dealer named Alland Hagans Jr, for the crime of running over his foot with his wheelchair and selling drugs in his territory. After shooting Hagans in his wheelchair Uncle Bobby took one of Hagans’ 16 year old drug mules at gun point, and entered Hagans’ apartment with his 2 nephews, one of which was Alex Ramsour. From there they stole drugs from the murdered man’s apartment, and for some reason Alex stayed inside the apartment. Uncle Bobby ordered them all to lie for him, but was convicted anyway because he accidentally shot a civilian female who lived to tell the real story about what happened.

He spent 8 years in jail before being released, asked Ray for money, and began calling him a pedophile on social media after he was turned down.

Ramsour reiterated that it wasn’t until he got out of jail that he realized there was something wrong with raping children.

 

After being prompted by Ms. O’Neil and praised for “not being able to be silenced,” Ramsour reiterated that he was “the voice,” and that he spoke with the victims, who told him they didn’t want to talk about or rekindle the alleged traumatic event, but they did want to make sure he went online and spoke about it as much as possible.

 

Ms. O’Neil opined that Bradshaw was afraid of Ramsour because what Bradshaw was saying was “the truth.”

 

She also complained that she had received a cease and desist letter, but Ramsour had not.

Yet.

Mr. Baldassari asked a relevant question to Ramsour that many were thinking – why didn’t Ramsour go to police or DCF about what he saw. Ramsour’s response was that he didn’t recognize anything was wrong with it when he was 9 or 10, and that it wasn’t until he “got older” that he didn’t realize “what was going on,” was actually “predator stuff.” Specifically he said that he didn’t realize there was anything wrong with child rape until he went to jail at the age of 20, and he began reading case law about people who were convicted of raping children. It was at that moment that it hit him that he had witnessed similar abuse from Mr. Bradshaw, and he realized “that was wrong as fuck.” After getting out of jail he claims he ran into the victim, who was upset that Ramsour hadn’t said something on YouTube about what he had seen.

In fairness, he hadn’t been invited by Meredith O’Neill to James Amaral’s first annual YouTube birthday bash until recently.

Ramsour did not know how old Bradshaw was until he came up on the panel either, at which time he determined that Bradshaw must have been 16 years old when Ramsour claims he witnessed him raping children.

 

Ms. O’Neil asked Ramsour about whether or not Bradshaw had seen Ramsour when Ramsour walked in on him raping children, and if Bradshaw had threatened Ramsour into silence as a child. Ramsour claimed that when he was at his grandfather’s house one time he walked into a “little shed” in the backyard, and when Ramsour walked into the shed he caught Bradshaw on his knees giving oral sex to an unidentified little boy.

Remarkably Bradshaw did not see or hear Ramsour walking into the “little shed” while he was raping this child, despite the fact that it was a small, enclosed area, and sunlight would’ve come pouring into the shed if he opened the door.

Ms. O’Neil didn’t just share Ramsour’s allegations though, she said that his allegations were “pretty undeniable,” and “hard to deny,” despite lacking any sort of victim statements or police reports.

 

When asked for thought, deep thinker Kevy Kev said that Rasmour “is the facts.”

So that settles that.

Ms. O’Neil said it would be a “test for Turtleboy” to see if he would cover this “story” about a convicted criminal making unsubstantiated allegations on YouTube after being reached out by Turtleboy’s ex-girlfriend as part of a doxxing campaign on one of Turtleboy’s biggest supporters.

Indeed it would be a test, and unlike the people who appeared on this panel I actually did this crazy thing called “research” to determine who was credible and who wasn’t. Although Karray Bradshaw uses foul language and is a defender of mine, he does not appear to have any criminal background, and has never been charged with or investigated for sexual assault on a minor. Alexander Ramsour, on the other hand, is a convicted criminal, who stole drugs from a disabled man his uncle murdered. Theft is a form of deception – something Ramsour seems to excel at.

Did I pass the test?

There is zero evidence that Ray from Dallas did what Alex Ramsour claims he did, and many problems with his story, including:

• He claims he didn’t realize there was anything wrong with child rape until he went to jail at age 20, but later said he didn’t realize there was anything wrong with it until he was released a decade later
• He claims that one of the victims didn’t want to come forward, but did want Ramsour to go on social media and smear Mr. Bradshaw
• He claims that he didn’t tell ANYONE about the multiple instances in which he witnessed other children being raped as a child, which is completely inconsistent with children who witness child sex abuse
• He claims he witnessed one rape in a small shed, which was presumably dark, but that Bradshaw did not realize he had opened the shed door and caught him committing this horrific felony
• He had to be told how old Bradshaw was, despite knowing him for decades
• He is openly bigoted towards homosexuals and believes they are all naturally pedophiles
• He claims that he now realizes that child sex abuse is a crime, yet he has not reported the multiple alleged rapes of children he witnessed to police despite the fact that he knows that Bradshaw works with children as a boxing instructor
• He was prompted to come up and make these statements by people who were adversarial to Bradshaw in the misguided belief that it would protect them from defamation claims
• He claims that he didn’t realize child sex abuse was a crime until he went to jail and read about other inmates who had been arrested for it, meaning that as a 19 year old he was completely clueless that what he witnessed Bradshaw doing multiple times was a crime
• He has a documented history of deception and criminal behavior
• He only began making these allegations after asking Bradshaw for money and not getting it
