Canton Cover-Up Part 173: POST Commission Updates List To Add Michael Proctor As Certified 2 Days After We Reported He Wasn’t On List

Two days ago we published a blog about how Michael Proctor was not listed as being re-certified to be a law enforcement officer on the most recently updated POST list.

Today the Norfolk County DA’s Office responded to our blog with this Facebook post, stating that officers are added to the list on a “rolling basis.”

Hours later Proctor’s name was added to the POST list as certified.

So he is in fact still on the job. I don’t know about you, but I don’t see the point of the Commonwealth putting out a list of certified cops if the list isn’t complete. Why not just wait until you’re finished writing all the names down? When the MSP sent all their names over to the POST Commission, did they pick and choose who they were gonna add at that time? This is emblematic of everything that is wrong with our dysfunctional government.

These facts all remain the same:

  • Proctor did not participate in the interview with Allie McCabe on August 25
  • Proctor’s car is always at his house now
  • Jen McCabe and Kerry Roberts both were seen parked at his house last week, indicating that the conspirators are no longer speaking on the phone
  • The Commonwealth amended reports he had written, claiming that he had made errors
  • Yuri Bukhenik has a new partner who he is using to interrogate, threaten, and intimidate people he believes are giving information to Turtleboy about the Alberts and McCabes

In my opinion it’s not a coincidence that the POST Commission suddenly decided to update their list to include Proctor’s name just 2 days after we brought it to light. Nor is it likely a coincidence that the Norfolk County DA’s Office issued that press release. They are desperate to make the public believe that they can still be trusted, and that all is well with the Karen Read case. But they’re on a sinking ship, and Michael Proctor and Michael Morrissey are going down with it.

  6. We need to find out if other names were added in this update, or was it only MP? And is there a way to see how often these “roll outs” have occurred until now?

    The roll out sounds like a fabricated excuse. But it’s wonderful that Aidan calls the tune and these fools dance. It’s clear who’s in charge.

  10. They don’t know whether to decertify and prosecute Proctor for making false reports contaminating the case and bringing more shame on the MSP or keep Proctor on the case to spite Karen Read supporters and Turtle Boy.

    They would cut off their nose to spite their face then cut off their face to get even with their nose.

    PS has Yuri shaken down his new partner yet for Ukraine and cheerleading “funds”?

  11. Even after 173 articles on this case, I’m struggling with all the moving parts. Can someone point me to a 15 minute explainer video and maybe a diagram? I’m pretty sure a cop died in the snow, and people are blaming his girlfriend for backing over him, but there’s some other people that might have done it who were googling weird shit. Actually, maybe that’s all I need to know……

    1. If you go on YouTube on Turtleboy’s channel, there’s a video entitled “Framed” that’s about a half hour long and summarizes things pretty well. Also, check out the MicroDots channel, they’ve put out a handful of short videos breaking things down.

  12. There’s a pattern of intentional typos of witness names in pretrial memorandums coming out of Canton – has anyone else noticed that? Even years ago.. other cases. Same people. Similar mistakes. Sloppy? Or inept? 🧐🤔

    1. When given the choice of incompetence or conspiracy in dealings with government it’s most likely and best to begin with incompetence and proceed to conspiracy, as incompetence is ever present in government workers and conspiracy only somewhat present.

    1. If this hapless, bespiked, buffoon doesn’t end up a convicted felon or if the BBO doesn’t pull his ticket, I guaran-fk’n-tee he WILL be a judge. Maybe not in the criminal courts, but a labor or personal injury type loser judge. But a judge, nonetheless; a somber, learned, ethical Cardinal of the Courts of the Commonwealth o’ Massachusetts. Because we’re just so fk’n smart.

  15. You could say that Karen Read has a golden aura or the patience of a Saint and you would be right. Karen also has a multi tasking mind that can remain focused despite handcuffs, the murder of her live-in boyfriend, rough treatment, other prisoners, all while facing potential life in prison.

    Karen Read remained focused on what she must do, to be free, she had to. Karen Read had the resources to hire top attorneys but mostly she had her powerful mind and iron will to survive a terrible injustice, she would not give up, not now, not ever.

    Karen Read also had a local blogger known as Turtle Boy who was hell bent on justice and exposing corrupt government. Karen had tens of thousands of ordinary citizens who believed in equal treatment under the law, due process and mostly decency.

    There was always something about Karen’s quiet elegance that shown of goodness and light. Like Lady Diana of a previous generation she cast an unmistakable light of kindness. Every last one of those common people could see things clearly for what they were and knew the case against Karen stunk to high hell.

    The government hacks involved in Karen’s persecution aimed solely to protect a group of burned-out middle-aged jocks from Canton High. Karen would tolerate none of it, Turtle Boy would tolerate none of it, Karen Read’s supporters would tolerate none of it.

    It had become a grass roots uprising of the good and decent in society against an out-of-control, smoldering heap of corrupt police, prosecutors and government slags.

  18. Butler, a veteran Salem officer and the husband of the city’s police chief, Mary Butler, was ordered to be held on $10,000 cash bail during his Wednesday November 2016 arraignment in Salem District Court on rape and indecent assault and battery charges.

    Prosecutors say the young man undressed, asked officer Butler for a blanket and tried to make a phone call, which is when Butler allegedly grabbed him from behind, brought him into a broom closet and performed oral sex.

    A police spokesman asked why the victim couldn’t he just enjoy a free BJ?
