Canton Coverup Part 377: Jill Daniels And Nick Marathas Banned From Falmouth Bar After Starting Fight With Pink Shirt Woman Over Karen Read

On Saturday night Jill Daniels and her elderly boyfriend Nick Marathas were involved in a physical altercation at Shipwrecked, a bar in Falmouth, and are now permanently banned after police responded.

Marathas owns Marathas carpeting, which sources have said would be the most likely company that Brian Albert would have hired to remove his basement flooring.

I reached out to the Falmouth Police Department for the report, but administrative clerk Janet Uttaro told me I’d have to try again in a couple weeks because she was too busy.

“It is up to you to continue to reach out to the records department.”

No Janet, it is incumbent upon you to do your job and follow the law by fulfilling public records requests. That is what the taxpayers are paying you to do. Please do your job.

According to the 911 call a manager inside Shipwrecked reported a physical fight that began over “an argument over the Karen Read trial.” The person Jill got into the argument with was wearing a pink shirt.

We have spoken with several people who were either there and witnessed the event, or who spoke to people who witnessed it. According to one employee we spoke with Jill pushed someone and Marathas threw a punch:

“Yes it all happened quickly… but she pushed a kid who was chirping her and then one of our regulars tried to tell her to leave and her boyfriend threw a punch, they got kicked out and outside she called my two coworkers the c word and pushed our 60 year old manager into the wall. In the meantime our other manager called the cops and had one of our bus boys text his dad because he’s a cop. She is forever banned.”

According to the witness it began when Daniels was recognized by a patron:

“Someone in the restaurant recognized them and called her white trash.”

Another patron who witnessed the fight said that the bus boys had to hold Marathas back, and that four cruisers responded to the scene.

Another family member of a witness said that Daniels pushed a 60 year old manager. The employees recognized her from the incident outside CF McCarthy’s where Daniels assaulted an award winning journalist.

Just because your boyfriend is in his 60’s doesn’t mean you can go around assaulting people in their 60’s.

I was indicted for saying on my YouTube show that if I were the McAlberts I would stop going out to bars because they’re too easily recognized and everyone knows what their family did to John O’Keefe. I specifically said that “life as normal is over.” This wasn’t a threat, it was a statement of fact. The McAlberts are famous for all the wrong reasons, and I cannot control how other people respond to that when they go out in public. They are free to continue to go out, but if I were them I wouldn’t.

Jill Daniels especially seems unable to control herself, despite knowing that the eyes of the world are on her family. One month ago today she found out that I was in Canton, and instead of composing herself she contacted a friend and demanded that she be driven to CF McCarthy’s so that she could escalate the situation, which she knew was being broadcasted around the world, and prove to everyone who was watching that the McAlberts will resort to violence whenever someone confronts them.

Jill is a regular as this bar in Falmouth and was also seen there on July 1.

They were also posting pictures in Falmouth last year.

I’d say that they should try Mashpee or Sandwich, but odds are they’ll be recognized as the trashbags they are anywhere they go in the Commonwealth.

Daniels is best friends with Michael Proctor’s sister Courtney, who said in a text message that she hopes Karen Read commits suicide. Colin Albert was the ring bearer in Courtney’s wedding, and Michael Proctor was a groomsman.

The two of them are close friends with Canton Police Sgt. Sean Goode, one of the 5 responding CPD Officers on January 29 who testified that Karen Read never said “I hit him” at the scene.

 

He also testified that he had no reason to search the home of a man who had a dead Boston cop on his lawn with a missing shoe. Goode also did not report finding any of the 45 pieces of Read’s tail light that State Police found buried under a foot of snow 12 hours later.

Daniels contacted me on April 17, 2023, before I had written Part 1 of the Canton Coverup series, and asked to speak with me on the phone in the hopes that I would write a story favorable to her family.

She has since begun using anonymous Twitter accounts to spew hatred towards the Read family, including an account called @karenkilledjohn where she accidentally doxxed herself by showing a picture of her dog on her phone reel.

And let us never forget Jill’s infamous call into the Live Show last August when she went on a drunken rant, calling me “turtle douche,” and demanding to know why weren’t going after Brian Higgins.
