Canton Coverup Part 406: Sgt Bukkake Loses 5 Vacation Days For Not Correcting “Inefficient” Text Messages From Michael Proctor About Looking For Karen Read Noodz

The Internal Affairs “investigation” into Sgt. Yuri Bukhenik concluded yesterday with the stiff punishment of Bukhenik losing 5 vacation days for “failing to counsel” his subordinate Michael Proctor, who sent messages in a State Police group chat announcing that he was looking through David Yannetti’s “retarded client’s” phone, looking for naked pictures of Karen Read.

Bukkake didn’t just “fail to counsel” Proctor, he actively encouraged it by “liking” and “laughing” at Proctor’s text messages. Proctor did what he did because he knew his bosses were not only OK with it, but thought it was hilarious. In a normal workplace employees have to fear the bosses a little bit, but in the Massachusetts State Police it’s just one of your homeys making $50K more than you, so locker room talk is still permissible. They just never imagined the day in which the FBI would seek their records and force them to be read out loud during a nationally televised murder trial.

Bukkake also “failed to properly document the inefficiencies” of Proctor, because apparently when you send your boss text messages announcing that you’re looking through a murder suspect’s phone looking for naked pictures, you’re just being “inefficient.”

For the last few months Bukkake has been traveling all over the state, harassing and intimidating random civilians for sending Jennifer McCabe Facebook messages telling her that they don’t like her. He did this while he was under IA investigation, and now we know why – he wasn’t the least bit worried about being disciplined. He was cocky on the stand, he was cocky when I allegedly “intimidated” him outside of court, and he was cocky when he harassed all these innocent people. He knows a culture exists at the Massachusetts State Police where people like him don’t have to worry about job security, and continue to be openly corrupt despite the fact that millions of people are watching their behavior.

Just like with Proctor, the real tragedy here is that Bukkake was being investigated for inappropriate text messages instead of covering up the murder of a Boston Police Officer. Bukkake knew about Proctor’s close familial relationship with the Albert family, he knew that Proctor was intentionally spelling the names of witnesses wrong in reports, and he knew that Proctor helped facilitate the planting of tail light at 34 Fairview Road. He himself “found” tail light weeks later while driving by Brian Albert’s house.

I was indicted in December for “intimidating” Bukkake because I attempted to ask him questions outside of court while using a megaphone. He brandished his gun, rolled down his window, gave me the middle finger, and didn’t answer any of my questions. I responded by calling him “Michael Proctor’s bitch.”

But this IA investigation does in fact confirm that he is Michael Proctor’s bitch. A real boss would’ve reprimanded Proctor for his text messages, but no Bukkake. He’s Michael Proctor’s bitch.

Although it’s disappointing that Bukkake received a slap on the wrist for his misconduct, it’s not surprising to anyone. If you were expecting a corrupt institution to come down hard on corruption then you haven’t been paying attention. But the FBI isn’t going away, and they’re not going to cover for Bukkake and company. One day that smug look will be wiped off his face, and I’ll be there to tell him what a Bukkake loser he is.
