Canton Coverup Part 477: Commonwealth Coached John O’Keefe’s Nephew And Jennifer McCabe To Alter Testimony, Michael Proctor Likely Violated Sequestration Order Based On Text Message To Adam Lally

The Commonwealth and defense are required to submit all discovery they intend to introduce at trial and a list of all witnesses, so that the other side can be prepared to cross examine them. The defense is not normally required to turn over evidence they plan to use to impeach witnesses, but they were in the first Karen Read trial, and as of now they are required to do so for the second trial. But as we learned in a motion filed yesterday by Karen Read’s defense team to reconsider the court’s reciprocal discovery order, the Commonwealth has been using this discovery to coach witnesses into changing their testimony in order to prevent them from being caught off guard.

Jennifer McCabe testified for the first time at trial that she was at then CPD Sgt. Michael Lank’s house for almost an hour on January 30, 2022, despite never mentioning this in any police reports or at the grand jury.

Lank went inside Brian Albert’s house on the morning of January 29, 2022, and chose not to look around. He claimed there was no probable cause to do so, despite the dead cop found on the front lawn who was invited to Brian Albert’s house just hours prior. Lank is a lifelong Canton townie, just like Jennifer McCabe, and they’ve known each other for quite some time.

McCabe called Lank before 9 AM on the morning of January 29, 2022 and alerted him for the first time that she had suddenly remembered that Karen Read may have asked her, “could I have hit him” when they found John’s body on Brian Albert’s lawn. Her story has since evolved and she testified at trial that Karen was screaming “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him,” and that she told Lank this, despite the fact that Lank did not put that in his report and testified that his report was accurate.

Throughout this entire ordeal Jennifer McCabe has made sure to be in constant communication with police, the DA’s Office, and John O’Keefe’s family, to make sure she knows about the direction of the investigation, and more importantly to make sure that the narrative was set that Karen Read killed John O’Keefe. She is on dash cam video speaking to Officer Saraf at the scene and turning her back to John’s body while he was wheeled into the ambulance. She spent the entire day on the phone speaking with Kerry Roberts and Peggy O’Keefe, who she hardly knew, in order to instill it in their heads that Karen was guilty. She was in constant communication with the DA’s Office to inquire about grand jury proceedings in April and May of 2022 – something that was supposed to be secretive. She has attempted to direct the police on how to conduct their investigation into Read, and even refers to herself as “Detective McCabe.” She is largely responsible for the charges against Karen Read and Turtleboy, and the attempted failed charges against several civilians who sent her messages on Facebook.

But just as she was caught by me having a social visit at the Proctor’s house on September 25, 2023, Jennifer McCabe testified on cross examination that she was at Lank’s house on January 30 to visit his wife, not Sgt Lank. McCabe testified that she discussed this visit with Lank for the first time at a meeting with the ADA’s and Brian Tully a few weeks before she testified.

At trial McCabe told an incredibly detailed story blaming Kerry Roberts for bringing her to Michael Lank’s house. The detail she was so readily able to provide was indicative that she had been prepared to explain why she was at Lank’s house on January 30. And the reason she had to have a story for this was because the defense was forced to hand over impeachable evidence from her cellphone showing that she was at Lank’s house for an hour.

Every time the defense finds new evidence showing suspicious behavior from the McAlberts it just gives them a chance to come up with a lie:

• Apple Health data showing 3 flights of stairs

But they also apparently forced one of John’s adopted children to lie. On February 22, 2022, then 11 year old Patrick Furbush was interviewed about his observations of Karen Read’s relationship with his uncle. It was 3 weeks after she was arrested, and by then he had been thoroughly brainwashed into believing that Read killed his beloved uncle.

During the interview the boy recalled an incident where he says Karen Read “got really mad” at him for eating steak tips too slowly and accused him of being spoiled. This obviously would paint her in a bad light.

But the problem was that Karen Read had a video of that exact incident, and at no point did she get mad or call him spoiled. In fact, the video shows them playfully interacting as Read played the role of the friendly stepmom, encouraging him to try new food.

Natalie the German sent me this video in 2023 before she went decided to align herself with pure evil, and I played the audio from it on the Live Show last night (2:11:30).

Karen is laughing in the video and the kid is smiling. It was the kind of interaction that millions of people have with their children while trying to get them to try new types of food. It was actually a million times easier and less dramatic than my interactions with my son when I try to get him to eat anything that isn’t grilled cheese or chicken nuggets. Regardless, it shows that the kid’s testimony wasn’t accurate. He is a victim of emotional abuse by the surviving O’Keefe family members, the McAlberts, and the Commonwealth. No different from a child soldier in a war torn African nation. He is completely innocent and has been manipulated to do the bidding of evil people.

If Karen Read were to have a fair trial she should’ve been allowed to hold onto this video and use it to cross examine the boy, who likely would’ve been reminded about how kind Karen Read was to him. It would’ve exposed the evil of the Commonwealth and made the jury believe that the boy had been coached to lie.

But because of the reciprocal discovery order Read was forced to give this video to the Commonwealth weeks before trial, and consequently Patrick changed his story. This time at trial he kept the same theme about Read being mean while he ate food, but changed the food from steak tips to take-out.

To make matters worse the motion also revealed for the first time that Michael Proctor likely violated the trial sequestration order based on a text message he sent Adam Lally on July 1, 2024. Witnesses are not allowed to watch the testimony of other witnesses because it could lead to them altering their testimony in order to remain consistent with other witnesses and not get anyone in trouble. Of course there is no way to enforce this and we all know that the McAlberts had watch parties during the trial at Jennifer McCabe and Lisa Crisileo’s house.

Proctor apparently didn’t learn his lesson after being forced to read his horrific and unprofessional text messages on national television on June 10, because three weeks later he did it all over again. This time he sent Lally a text message saying, ““Yea, didn’t watch asshole Jackson’s closing for good reason. Like all of us the anticipation and anxiety of verdict has us all on edge.”

The fact that he had to explain to Lally that he didn’t watch Jackson’s closing implied that he watched other parts of the trial. There’s no way he couldn’t since his job and freedom are likely on the line. He knows that his text messages are under scrutiny, and he still wrote this while referring to Read’s lawyer as an “asshole.”

I highly doubt Auntie Bev will grant this order, but she should. The Commonwealth has proven time and time again that they will coach witnesses to alter their testimony when they know the defense has evidence of them lying.
