Encore Casino Employee No Longer Doing Business With Lynn Bar For Playing Music Made By Brown People
This is Donald Masterson from Lynn, a former cashier and gas pumper.
He now reportedly works at Encore Casino, and when he’s off the clock he likes to kick back and enjoy a drink at a small neighborhood bar called the Buchanan Cafe. They use Spotify premium to play music there, which allows patrons to request songs. Customers go down the line picking out a song until the rotations starts back up. Apparently a Spanish reggae tune was requested by someone last night, and Donald Masterson didn’t take too kindly to it. According to witnesses he began yelling racial slurs at customers, then immediately went home and gave the Buchanan Cafe this online review.

There are ways to say that you don’t like a certain genre of music without calling it “rap n***a f*** music.” A simple, “I don’t like rap music or foul language” would suffice. You’d be mocked for saying that, and I think people could read between the lines and get what you were trying to say, but at least you wouldn’t be the guy announcing to the world that you don’t like “rap n***a f*** music.” Especially since the song was in Spanish, and they didn’t use the n word in it. Basically this guy heard something ethnic, decided the brown people are all the same, and decided that this was the hill he was going to die on.
Shockingly he’s also single with no kids.
Can’t imagine why. He seems so easy to get along with. Just don’t play any “rap n***a f*** music” and you’ll be good. Plus, he’s vaccinated.
So he’s a better person than all the cops and nurses who lost their jobs for not getting the jab.
My question is, how do people like this exist in 2022? I’m not talking about the fact that he’s obviously racist, because a lot of people bottle up racial resentment without letting it out. I’m talking about the fact that he’s so oblivious to the existence of cancel culture that he thought posting this on social media would somehow go over well for him. How can you live in a world where people lose their jobs for opposing affirmative action or having a Trump yard sign, and somehow think it’s going to be well received when you announce to the world that you won’t go to bars where they play “rap n***a f*** music?” Amazing.
But instead of deleting he kept on going at it with people on the page.
Imagine being a grownup and drawing a moral line in the sand at foul language in music? How could you go out to any bar anywhere? They swear in rock and country music too, Donald. But again, this was Spanish reggae, and it reportedly contained no racial slurs to begin with.
Donald is looking for a more “sophisticated” crowd where the 1% hang out.
Because when I look at this 53 year old gas pumper, the first word that comes to mind is “sophisticated.”
Bruh, you live in Lynn and go to dive bars. There will never, ever be anything sophisticated about that.
He’s looking for “real music” only.
What bars does this guy go to where this is the first time he’s encountered music with foul language?
According to him he has a good paying job, and he doesn’t like this current generation because they have no class.
Because when I think “classy” the first thing that comes to mind is a 53 year old man who’s too trashy to go be allowed in dive bars in Lynn.
