Interstate Dog Abusing Vermont Backyard Breeders Looking For Foster To Raise Puppy That They Still Get To Bring To Competitions 3 Months After Arrest For Animal Cruelty

Here’s an unusual ad found in a Western Mass yard sale page that you don’t see every day.

Let me get this straight. They’re giving away this German Shepherd puppy for free, but as part of the deal Destiny gets to come and visit the dog whenever she wants and take it to training, competitions, and the vet. So basically, it’s her dog, you’re just feeding and raising it. It’s like a ghetto DCF plan for dogs.

When your parents name you Destiny it becomes your destiny to end up on the pole at the day shit at Sweaty Betty’s, or on Turtleboy for being a ratchet. Especially when you’ve perfected the art of dog filter.

Destiny’s real name is Destiny Jennings, and as of yesterday she had her “fiance” Justin Wagner listed in her profile.

As you can tell from the Webster chin strap he willingly and intentionally allowed to form on his face, Justin Wagner is the patron saint of “Yo, can I bum a Newport off you?”

His profile is gone now though, and he frequently changes aliases because if potential foster homes for her puppy Googled his name they would find very bad things, like their arrest in Reading, Vermont in October for abusing 13 German Shepherds.

Vermont State Police said they discovered 13 German shepherds living in unhygienic conditions and evidence that they had been abused at a home in Reading. An investigation into Justin Wagner, 35, and Destiny Jennings, 27, began Aug. 18 with a complaint that 15 German shepherds were running loose at a North Puckerbrush Road residence, said Adam Silverman, a spokesperson for Vermont State Police. State troopers executing a search warrant on Saturday uncovered eight adult female German shepherds, one adult male and four puppies during the search, Silverman said. They also found evidence that the dogs were being mistreated inside the property’s house and barn, including “the presence of blood stains and feces, and a dog confined in the barn with limited access to food and water,” he said. The dogs were taken from the residence and are in the care of local humane societies and foster families while the criminal case is pending, Silverman said. Wagner and Jennings are charged with animal cruelty and scheduled to be arraigned on Dec. 21 at the criminal division of the Vermont Superior Court in White River Junction. They could not be reached for comment. Phone and Facebook messages sent to Green Mountain Shepherds, a business apparently associated with the couple, were not returned on Wednesday.

So these maggots were arrested just a few months ago, they were arraigned 6 weeks ago, and yet they still have these dogs to give away? Make it make sense.

In other words, Destiny is looking for someone else to raise the dog for her, but she can still use it for competitions (breeding) until the heat dies down with law enforcement.

The two of them ended up in Vermont together because they’ve burned so many bridges in the other New England states, and are notorious dog abusers. Justin Wagner has been illegally breeding dogs, creating fake companies from Rhode Island, to the South Shore, New Hampshire, and now Vermont. He has a history of selling sick dogs that he gets from Amish puppy mills, lies about the puppy’s pedigree, posts pictures of his children on the puppy mill Facebook pages, and has been involved with two women (Destiny and an ex-girlfriend named Amanda Cabral) who have helped him with his crimes.

Both Craig’s Shepherds and Green Mountain Shepherds have active Facebook pages. Green Mountain has posted regularly since their arrest for animal cruelty in October.

I guess all the dogs weren’t taken and put into fosters after all.

Justin’s 2015 arrest for leaving a puppy in a hot car for 10 hours while him and his boyfriend got white girl wasted and thought their car was stolen because they forgot where they parked, was both tragic and legendary.

Two men who police say left their puppy in a hot car for 10 hours in Hyannis have lost possession of the animal. Matthew Bernier, 27, of Westport (at left), and Justin Wagner, 29, of Fall River, were charged with felony animal cruelty after police said they locked the animal in a vehicle while they went on a drunken bender. In court this week, the men agreed to give up the animal as part of a probation deal, according to the Cape Cod Times.

Police said they first encountered the pair at about midnight at the Tap City Grill, where they got drunk and refused to leave. The pair then took a cab to Falmouth, police said. A short time later, the pair ended up at the Duck Inn Pub and called police, saying someone stole their car. Officers said the men were so drunk they couldn’t find their vehicle—no one actually stole it. At that point, police said they learned the men left the puppy in a vehicle the whole time they were out drinking. The dog was last seen at about 5 p.m., police said. Officers found the vehicle in the Main Street area at about 3 a.m.

“The temperature at that time was 82 degrees with humidity at 65 percent,” police said in a statement. “Officers found that the vehicle’s windows were not open at all and there was a dog inside in distress.

“The dog was in a homemade ‘kennel’ made out of a box and a blue tarp in the truck cab. The … puppy was panting heavily and appeared frightened.”

Officers gave the puppy water and it appeared to improve. The dog was nicknamed “Midnight” and turned over to animal control.

Just look at these mugshots:

You can’t reform or fix that. With faces like that you were just pre-destined to be on Turtleboy. They are maggots for life.

But while on probation for abusing that dog Justin was once again charged with importing dogs illegally into Rhode Island, selling them while sick and running an unlicensed pet shop called Loyal Labs.

In February 2016, while on probation, Wagner was reportedly charged with illegally importing dogs into Rhode Island “without valid importation certificates or certificates of veterinary inspection,” and operating a pet shop without a license, according to the Herald News of Fall River, Massachusetts. The lab puppies he was selling under the name “Loyal Labs” were reportedly found dehydrated and infested with tape and roundworms.

This is all fruit cups like this know how to do. They can’t get a job because they don’t like working, but they do know how to make dogs have sex with each other in a trailer, and they know that morons out there looking for a puppy are willing to buy from them without doing any research into their background. Just look at the people responding to Destiny’s most recent post:

She was literally just arrested for abusing dogs and selling sick puppies 3 months ago. You’re all Facebook friends with her so you should be well aware of this. Or maybe you’re not, which is why this blog is necessary.
