Leicester Attorney Mike Shivick Confronted, Threatened, And Harassed Me At Planet Fitness Today Then Called The West Boylston Police To Have Me Charged For Wiretapping

 

Today I was minding my own business at Planet Fitness, sitting down on a bench press living the judgement free life, when all of a sudden this man approached me.

That would be Attorney Mike Shivick, the Leicester gasbag elected official currently suing multiple civilians for disagreeing with him on Facebook. He’s also alleged that the LPD are conspiring against him for towing his car when he was driving with a suspended license, and is just an all around terrible person.

People ask me all the time if ratchets ever confront me in real life, and until today I’ve only had one person do it – Orange Julius Jones in 2016 at the Nu Cafe in Worcester. I’m not afraid of it at all, as I stand by everything I say and will gladly say it directly to any ratchet’s face.

When Mike Shivick came over he was wearing a Derek Thomas Kansas City Chiefs jersey and sunglasses indoors. I had noticed him previously because that’s an unusual gym outfit, and I’ve seen him there before because he is always wearing that jersey. I remember thinking in my head when I saw him last week “that guy looks like a douche,” and little did I know I’d be blogging about him days later. He’s one of those guys who stands around doing nothing at the gym because he just wants to be seen there. I have no idea what he was doing in West Boylston either, since there’s a Planet Fitness in Webster Square in Worcester, a stone’s throw away from Leicester. The drive from Leicester to West Boylston would be a traffic fueled dumpster fire through the centers of Paxton and Holden, so I assume he’s banned from Webster Square.

Anyway, when Mike Shivick came over to me today I was sitting down and he stood directly over me, sticking his grotesque man fupa in my face and breathing heavily in an attempt to intimidate me. He then began taking pictures of me and said he was going to take a selfie with me. Before I could answer he was squatted down next to me taking a selfie so I took one too.

After that the pleasantries ended as he told me that the blog about him was full of lies and he was going to sue me for posting false information. He then began squatting down in front of me with his face just inches from mine, and his breath stunk of expired milk and failure.

At this point I didn’t know what he was going to do and people started looking at us because he was causing a scene by harassing me while I attempted to work out. I did the responsible thing and I began filming him for my own protection, and I have a 2 minute video clip of the incident but I am unsure if I should publish it yet. It’s perfectly legal, I just don’t know what Planet Fitness rules are on it, and I really need this membership and don’t feel like losing it. It’s only $10 a month, I live in the middle of nowhere so it’s one of the closest gyms to me, and the gym is probably the most important thing I need for my mental and physical health.

The video begins with him in my face. He tries to hit the camera and makes contact with me before standing up and engaging me in a conversation in which he said:

• He’s not actually suing the Town of Leicester
• He can’t comment on his allegations that the cops are conspiring with the “hillbilly mafia” to get him
• Admits that he recognized me and was approaching me because I wrote an article about him, but said that he just wanted to introduce himself
• He adamantly denied saying that he was going to sue me despite telling me he was going to do exactly that about 45 seconds before
• He would not be coming on the live show
• When he said that the blog was filled with lies I told him that it was mostly just screenshots of things he posted on Facebook, he said he could not comment on that, and I told him he already had with the screenshots

• He told me that he did not give me consent to record him
• He told me that he wasn’t going to come to the gym anymore because I was becoming hostile, then the video ends as he begins to video me
• He continued to record me as I carried on with my work out, and if he has that video I’d like to have it because it was one of those pure anger and adrenaline driven sets

Ten minutes later I sought out the assistant manager and found out he had already gotten to her first. He told her that I was harassing and filming him, which was a complete lie. I told her that I was minding my own business when this man began approaching, harassing, threatening, and filming me. She said it was a “he said he said” and didn’t know who to believe so I went and got multiple witnesses who saw him approach me and confirmed my story. Meanwhile he was outside the gym, claiming to be too scared to come in because he is a pathological liar, a con-artist, and a huge man baby.

I did some cardio after that and then drove to the West Boylston Police Station because I wanted this documented. Keep in mind, this is a man who went to the Leicester Police and tried to have a restaurant owner charged for touching his shoulder in a drink line at a charity event. I know how attorneys like this work, as they try to file police reports and then use those to obtain orders or file lawsuits. I needed the truth told, and I needed it documented.

My instincts were correct as the police told me that he had already called them. Keep in mind, this is the same man who recently posted “f*** every cop on earth, their family, and anyone who supports them, f*** you pig.”

But yet he runs to them the first chance he gets. He apparently told them he wanted me charged with wiretapping for filming him, even though he filmed me first and last, and it’s not wiretapping if you’re holding a phone up and the other person knows you’re recording. They told him no crime was committed and that was the end of that.

I do plan on publishing the video I just need to make sure I don’t lose my membership over it. I was the one being harassed and threatened. I did not seek him out, he sought me out. He interrupted my workout, got in my face, touched me, and then played the victim. Recording him was a defensive move for my own safety since he was hostile, crazy, and I had no idea what he was going to do next. If anyone’s banned it should be him.
