Turtleboy Upsets Cancel Mob By Returning To The Gerry Callahan Show Today To Discuss Monica Cannon-Grant And The Media’s Complicity 

 

Two months ago the cancel culture trolls thought they won some sort of victory by spamming producer Matt Carano with lies about my personal life, leading to his resignation and my departure from the Gerry Callahan podcast.  But they forgot the number one rule of Turtleboy – you don’t cancel me, I cancel you. This week after cancelling Monica Cannon-Grant I was invited back on the GCS to celebrate, and it was just like old times.

It felt great to be back.

I wont lie – the fact that Carano was so easily duped into thinking the worst about me had a tremendous effect on me mentally. A lot of former supporters have done the same. I know I shouldn’t let that bother me, but if I’m being perfectly honest I’m insecure and I do let it get to me. Luckily I’m surrounded by people who who love and support me personally and professionally, who have kept me grounded and focused on the work that needs to be done.

There have been many times I’ve thought about how much easier life would be if I quit Turtleboy and got a 9-5. But this week especially has been a reminder that the work we’re doing here is too important. Monica Cannon-Grant is a very bad person who hurt a lot of innocent people. She violated the public trust and she was assisted by the most powerful people in our society. If I didn’t call her out on my platform than who would? For doing so she called me a white supremacist hundreds of times in an attempt to discredit my reporting. The same people who tried (and failed) to cancel me by exploiting my personal life are actively supporting her, Big Black Jeffrey, Rian Waters, and dozens of other criminals we’ve exposed over the years.

They don’t want me reporting on people like this, and they are willing to attack me and the people I love most, in the hopes that I will leave these criminals alone.
