Just a reminder that I will be in Newton District Court at 3 PM today for a HPO hearing after Mike Fucci and his wife Jennifer both filed for protective orders as a result of my reporting on their crimes. All are welcomed to attend in person, and I plan on going to Donohue’s in Watertown afterwards. Anyone who wants to kick my ass is welcome to do so. If you cannot attend in person the hearing is public and can be viewed via Zoom.

Afterwards I will be attending a closed door hearing scheduled for 3:30 with Jennifer Fucci, who has filed an application for a criminal complaint. I have not been charged with any crime, therefore the hearing will not be made public. This is in order to protect defendants like me who have not been charged with a crime, but whose names could be smeared in the media if the hearings were open to the public. A magistrate will decide if she has probable cause to charge me with the crime of attempting to commit a crime.
