WHDH Reporter “On Assignment” Double Parks In Handicapped Man Outside Boston Rehab Facility

A Chelmsford woman and her husband were at the Mass General Cardiac Rehab in downtown Boston today after he had an extensive 90 minute rehab session. He came back to his vehicle to find himself double parked into his handicapped spot by a WHDH 7News reporter, who was obviously very important.

“On assignment.”

There is nobody more self important than a member of the mainstream media. Rules don’t apply to them when they are “on assignment.” Handicapped people be damned.

Although her husband was able to wiggle himself in there, that’s not the point. The point is that double parking is illegal, especially when you do it to handicapped spots. What if this guy needed a ramp to get into the car? That’s not this reporter’s problem. He’s on assignment after all.

Double parking happens in cities, but you’re supposed to be in and out when you do it, and you’re not supposed to do it to handicapped spots. According to her they waited 45 minutes and he or she never came out.

They have attempted to contact WHDH but haven’t heard back. I highly doubt they’ll put geriatric “investigative” reporter Hank Phillippi Ryan on this one, but I’d still like to shame this driver, so if you can run license plates feel free to let me know who this car is registered to by emailing me at [email protected], or message Clarence Woods Emerson on Facebook.
