New Hampshire Woman Spreads Viral Lie About 4 Month Old Baby Being Killed By Rioter During Boston Protest
Sam Day is a New Hampshire woman who has been very outspoken in the protest movement, and has even gone so far to suggest that silence on the part of white people is akin to violence.
However, several people contacted us last week about a post she made, alleging that a four month old baby was killed during the riots after a protester through a brick through a car window in Boston.
As you can see, there were over 2,000 people who blindly shared it, which is how it came to our attention. But according to police logs and common sense, this did not happen, as a baby killed during a riot would almost certainly be headline news. Turns out she made the whole thing up, insisted that she’d heard it from a friend, provided no evidence, and never issued any sort of correction.
So the bottom line here is, just because someone wrote it on Facebook, doesn’t mean it’s true.
