It has been almost one year since I was arrested and charged with a plethora of counts of felony witness intimidation by the State Police. On that day Brian Tully served me with a warrant for all the electronic devices inside my house, including my 2 phones and work computer. To this day they have not returned my devices, which is odd because these same cops in the same District Attorney’s Office returned Brian Walshe’s devices to him within hours despite the fact that he has been charged with murdering his wife.

On November 28, 2023, Ken Mello stated several times in open court that the State Police have NOT gone through my phone. When he was asked why he could not just download the contents of my phones and return the physical devices to me he suggested that if he did so then I would delete information from my phone, and then claim that information in the download that the Commonwealth possessed was planted by them.

Remember that one for a later date – “the State Police have not perused the material” (in the phones).

Mello also stated in the first video that phones never get returned to defendants, but this was a complete lie, and one of many that he told on that day.

On January 8, 2023, Brian Walshe was arrested by the Cohasset Police for witness intimidation, because he mislead police officers investigating the disappearance of his wife Ana Walshe. He had the highest bail set in Quincy District Court in the history of witness intimidation – $5 million – because it was obvious that he was involved in killing his wife, and would soon be charged with murdering her.

According to a search warrant filed by Michael Proctor on January 8, Walshe voluntarily handed over his phone to Proctor on January 6, Lt. John Fanning extracted the data from it, and Walshe had his phone back by the next day.

The Brian Walshe case involves the entire cast of corrupt characters from the Karen Read case. Detective David Dicicco, who called Karen Read a “fucking bitch” and mocked Proctor for not being able to manipulate the medical examiner, conducted witness interviews. Trooper Jeff Kotkowski, who was in the group chat where Proctor bragged about looking for naked pictures of Karen Read on David Yannetti’s “retarded client’s phone,” along with Troopers Matthew Dunne, Chris Moore, Connor Keefe, and Bukkake, were all involved in the investigation as well. They interviewed Brian Walshe a total of 4 times, and every single interview was recorded. On top of that, ALL witness interviews were recorded.

In the Karen Read case Proctor and Bukkake’s interview with Read on January 29, 2022 was NOT recorded, nor were ANY of the dozens of subsequent interviews the McAlberts, first responders, and other witnesses who testified for the Commonwealth at Read’s murder trial.

In the Walshe case police testified that Cellebrite was used, and all of the information they downloaded was never questioned as to its authenticity. No experts were brought in from Alberta by the Commonwealth to testify that Walshe’s searches didn’t actually happen. But why would they? When the police find extremely incriminating Google searches on people’s devices they treat those people as suspects, not witnesses in need of special protection from the government. “How long to die in cold” is no less incriminating than “How to clean blood from wood and floor.” As Proctor pointed out in his report, these Google searches by Walshe “revealed efforts to cover up the aforementioned crimes.”

Kind of like when you delete a Google search for “How long to die in cold,” along with two phone calls that your sister answered even though she told police she slept through 30 minutes of first responders on her front lawn.

Nicholas Guarino was also heavily involved in the Walshe case, and filed applications for several search warrants of Walshe’s devices. In his application he said that amongst other things he was looking for “health diagnostic data including steps, distance, time and date of physical activity” during the time of Ana Walshe’s disappearance.

In other words, in the Brian Walshe case they viewed Apple Health data to be completely reliable and didn’t come up with theories to explain away his suspicious movements. But when they extracted John O’Keefe’s iPhone and saw that he had ascended and/or descended 3 flights of stairs between 12:22-12:24, and they realized that this was undeniable evidence placing John O’Keefe inside Brian Albert’s house, they didn’t consider this suspicious at all. In fact, they immediately began plotting how they would explain away the Apple Health data, and settled on hypothesizing that O’Keefe was moving his phone up and down in Karen Read’s car on the flattest street in Canton.

Guarino bragged in his application that he graduated from Westfield State, received specialized training after being a Norwood cop for 10 years, and relied upon Cellebrite software to extract data from phones.

But when Cellebrite gave him a report on Jennifer McCabe’s phone that implicated her in a murder his initial reaction was to alert Michael Morrissey so they could do an international search for someone trying to promote an app who could ramble on with word salad in order to explain why the data extraction wasn’t reliable.

Michael Proctor also subpoenaed Google to identify who was behind a Gmail account that sent an email to Cohasset Police, claiming to have kidnapped her.

This is the same Michael Proctor who never applied for Geofence data from Google that would’ve shown who was inside Brian Albert’s house at what time on the morning of January 29, 2022.

The State Police are not as stupid and incompetent as they would lead you to believe. They know how to conduct investigations, they know that Cellebrite data extractions are reliable, they know that Apple Health data accurately shows people’s movements, they know it’s really important to record interviews in murder investigations, and they know how easy it is to download the someone’s entire phone and return their devices to them.

But they didn’t do that in my case or in Karen Read’s case because they’re overtly corrupt, and they don’t care if they come across that way. Their incompetence is intentional, as they will use the powers we’ve entrusted them with to frame and imprison anyone who seeks to expose the McAlberts and their allies in Michael Morrissey’s Office.
