Canton Coverup Part 508: Sworn Affidavit Alleges Commonwealth Agent Kate Peter Was Paid $1,500 Monthly, Bribed With Couch By Jennifer McCabe To Spread Disinformation About Karen Read While Working Directly With Hank Brennan And Michael Morrissey

Last October my Attorney Mark Bederow filed a letter with the court sent to Special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove, detailing how Lindsey Gaetani’s phone extraction revealed text messages showing that Gaetani, Kate Peter, disgraced State Trooper Leigha Genduso, Special Prosecutor Ken Mello, and Detective Lieutenant Brian Tully conspired to set me up for witness intimidation charges that lead to 60 days of incarceration. We requested that Cosgrove respond to the bombshell allegations by providing us with discovery relating to Peter’s communications with the DA’s Office, since she has claimed under oath in court to be an agent of the Commonwealth. It’s been six months and we have received nothing, so today we filed a motion to compel discovery in the witness intimidation case against me. The motion included a sworn affidavit from a woman who has been friends with Peter for the last year and provided evidence that Peter, AKA Mafia Masshole, has been paid off by the Norfolk County DA’s Office to spread misinformation.

The identity of the woman who signed this affidavit was impounded to ensure her safety. She has been friendly with Peter for the last year, having several face to face interactions and speaking on the phone about the Karen Read and Turtleboy criminal cases. Peter trusted this woman, who she barely knew, and volunteered information proving that she is heavily involved in both cases.

 

According to the source, Ms. Peter met with Karen Read prosecutor Adam Lally for lunch, and Lally told her that he knew that jury foreman Ryan Piotrowski was a former police officer, and guaranteed a mistrial.

 

Ms. Peter told the source that she is sent $1,500 via CashApp every month for her assistance in the Karen Read and Turtleboy prosecutions. Peter also confessed that she believes Karen Read is innocent, but that she has to “play the game,” by publicly promoting and advocating on social media that Read is guilty. She told the sources that she believes John O’Keefe was killed by someone inside 34 Fairview Road, whose name was redacted on the affidavit.

The source was also present for a phone in which she heard Hank Brennan’s voice while he was speaking with Ms. Peter. Ms. Peter allegedly told Brennan that her “people” leaked information to the media that the federal investigation was over – something that was reported by anti-Karen Read Twitter trolls prior to Ted Daniel reporting the same thing. Peter told the source that due to her assistance of the Commonwealth’s prosecution of me, “no matter what violations I’m charged with Morrissey is keeping me out of jail.” It should be noted that Ms. Peter is currently being charged with violating a restraining order against a victim she stalked and terrorized for a year, in not one, but two Norfolk County courts – Dedham and Stoughton – in addition to two felony witness intimidation charges in Dedham and Leominster District Courts.

The source claims that Ms. Peter asked the source to join her and “go stalk Karen Read in the Seaport,” noting that she stayed at the OMNI hotel.  Ms. Peter bragged that she had previously taken photos of Read and sold them to the Daily Mail. Additionally Ms. Peter alleged that Jennifer McCabe bought her a brand new sectional couch as compensation for her assistance in spreading propaganda online about Read’s guilt.

This is entirely consistent with Ms. Peter’s text messages, in which she and Ms. Gaetani detailed their plan to stalk and harass Karen Read and her attorney Alan Jackson at the OMNI Seaport Hotel on January 4, 2024.

Most shockingly, Ms. Peter was told by Jennifer McCabe that Mrs. McCabe threatened Michael Morrissey with withholding her testimony in Karen Read’s retrial if Morrissey didn’t put me in jail. When Morrissey didn’t back down and threatened to subpoena her if she didn’t testify, McCabe told him that “we won’t say what you want us to say.” This is why David Yannetti filed a motion asking for evidence of any Commonwealth witnesses expressing hesitation to testify at trial.

Ms. Peter told the source that she had followed the lead of Brian Albert and Brian Higgins by getting rid of her phone after I announced that we would be looking to get her personal communications with DA Morrissey. She told the source, “they will never get the communications between me and Morrissey.”

On June 28, 2024, Ms. Peter and the so called “Food Stamp 5” showed up outside of Norfolk Superior Courthouse during jury deliberations to disrupt peaceful supporters fighting for justice for John O’Keefe. She told the source that Jennifer McCabe paid her to do this.

Additionally, the source says that on March 16, 2025, she witnessed Ms. Peter return home holding a manilla envelope after meeting with Morrissey and McCabe at an undisclosed location in Braintree.

Ms. Peter told the source that she has seen emails between Brennan and McCabe that are subject to a protective order, and that Brennan asked her to provide him with a spreadsheet of “Free Karen Read” Facebook supporters before the trial, presumably to weed out potential jurors who would be favorable to the defense.

Peter told the source that Brennan was providing information to Federal authorities about Karen Read and Turtleboy, because “he wants them in jail for the trial.”

Peter also told the source that she was going to start rumors about jurors being afraid to serve out of fear that I will “go after them,” with the goal of having me removed from the courtroom during the Karen Read retrial. She claims that “everyone is working overtime to make sure that Turtleboy can’t be in the court room for the trial,” something Brennan attempted to do by putting me on the witness list.

Ms. Peter has been using her online platforms to try to keep me out of court for almost a year now, starting a Change.org petition, which was unsuccessful.

Additionally, Ms. Peter confessed to the source that she was the one who created the AI image appearing to show Karen Read and Alan Jackson embracing outside of a steakhouse in Boston, which was picked up by the New. York Post, the Daily Mail, and other media outlets in late June 2024.

Finally, Ms. Peter told the source that she is well aware that her former friend Lindsey Gaetani was never pregnant, and that the two of them conspired to frame me for domestic assault and witness intimidation in order to have me incarcerated on Christmas.

The Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office and the State Police are so low that they don’t mind associating with and paying a woman facing serious felony charges in multiple counties to run a Russian-style disinformation campaign in order subvert justice in the murder trial of Karen Read. This is a woman who has previously admitted to forging federal court documents in an attempt to have me removed from YouTube:

A woman who trespassed at my house and left a threatening note for my family, which she bragged about on social media:

A woman who frequently uses homophobic language in her online threats and voicemails she left on my phone, bragging that she would work with the DA’s Office to put me in jail:

A woman that Commonwealth proudly associates with while she posts online that Karen Read is a “murderous hooker”:

A woman who posted “thank God she is dead” after my mother died in June.

A woman who was issued a harassment prevention order in Leominster District Court for repeatedly threatening to physically assault me, show up to my daughter’s cheering events, and posting sexual things about my children.

Ms. Peter has previously bragged in court that she “furnishes information” to the Commonwealth and has met with the special prosecutors in my case.

She just failed to mention that they are paying her to do so.

It’s surprising that someone like Hank Brennan would align themselves with a woman who lost two of her children to the state after years of drug fueled abuse and neglect:

She also has bragged about getting dinner and doing mushrooms with Boston Magazine reporter Gretchen Voss, who agreed to go out on a date with former Norfolk County DA spokesman David Traub.

If what Ms. Peter told the source is true it means that Hank Brennan is actively using this unemployed degenerate to circumvent the gag order he filed a motion for last month. It means that she is being bribed by Jennifer McCabe and the DA’s Office to spread disinformation on social media, interfere with a murder trial, and violate my civil rights. It means that Jennifer McCabe is willing to alter her testimony in exchange for my incarceration. All of this needs to be thoroughly investigated by someone outside of the Norfolk County DA’s Office, as it directly impacts two ongoing criminal proceedings.
