Harmony Montgomery’s Birth Mother Wins $2.5 Million Lawsuit Settlement Against New Hampshire, Celebrates With Blunts And Threat To Sue Son’s Parents, Calls Cops On Turtleboy For Asking Questions
On Friday Crystal Sorey, the birth mother of murdered 5 year old girl Harmony Montgomery, was awarded $2.5 million in a settlement with the State of New Hampshire as part of a wrongful death lawsuit. Sorey lost custody of Harmony and her birth son Jamison in 2019 because she was a junkie, then moved to Florida to “get clean.” Jamison was adopted by TV reporter Blair Miller and his husband Johnathan Bobbitt-Miller.
But a judge in Massachusetts awarded custody of Harmony to her biological father Adam Montgomery instead of putting her in foster care, despite the fact that Montgomery had a long and documented history of violent criminal behavior. Harmony was not seen for more than 2 years, and Crystal Sorey did nothing to look for her.
In January of 2022 Crystal Sorey began seeking media attention and pretending like she actually gave a shit about Harmony. The media fell for it like they always do, and she became a sympathetic figure who tested at Adam Montgomery’s murder trial.
Last month Sorey was featured on Turtleboy for using pictures of Harmony and Jamison (who she is no longer the legal guardian of) to try to win an online contest for “Super Moms.” She actually took a picture of Jamison with his family and cropped out his father in one of the images.
Emails sent to Colossal, the company running the Super Mom competition, were nothing but lip service. They’re not doing anything about this exploitation of someone else’s children for profit.
However, after we wrote the article they must’ve gotten flooded with complaints, and they were shamed into removing her completely. I spoke with Jamison’s father, who was very happy to see that his son wouldn’t be exploited for financial gain, and thanked me for my efforts in shaming the company into submission.
However, since then Sorey has been threatening to go after Jamison’s parents, and vows to seek him out and bad mouth them to him. It has been hell for them to watch this transpire.
Friday’s decision to give Crystal Sorey $2.5 million offended not only Jamison’s parents, but the community at large. The State of New Hampshire is taking no responsibility for their part in Harmony’s easily avoidable murder, and is paying this degenerate off to go away.

Fellow DCF Mom Tiffany Scott, who tried and failed to get an order on me for exposing her in 2022 and then confronted me outside of court, urged Crystal to go after Jamison’s parents in Atlanta.
Her page is filled with fellow DCF Moms who assure her that she is in fact a great mother, and that the men who saved Jamison’s life are the villains.

After receiving criticism for her online celebration over the settlement, Crystal once again took to social media yesterday to demand that critics “shut your fucking cum guzzlers” because the other children her and Adam Montgomery created will get some of the settlement.
She says she’s going after Massachusetts for next pay day as well.
Today I decided to head up to her apartment in Fitchburg to ask Crystal Sorey how she planned on spending the money, why she didn’t search for Harmony Montgomery for more than 2 years, and if she planned on suing Jamison’s adoptive parents.
She apparently called the police on me for doing this, and then took to Facebook announcing that she was going to “get registered” (presumably to get a gun).
Will I be charged with felony witness intimidation for asking this slug pump questions? Or is it only against the law to ask people questions at their homes when they are “witnesses” actively lying in a murder trial?

He went to ask a few questions as any good reporter would do if they cared about what happened to her daughter, but he didn’t harass her.
And now she’s acts like Mother Teresa all of a sudden. She’s a lowlife who saw an opportunity to make a few bucks off her daughter’s death. a precious little girl, who suffered at the hands of her father and at the lack of caring of her mother. Neither of them gave a shit. At least one of her children has an opportunity for a good life, but she’ll probably screw that up as well. I hope Harmony is in a better place and is with the angels, free from the suffering and torment she was forced to endure at the hands of her mother and father as well as the lack of caring from the remainder of the immediate family.
It’s a shame that people like the mother and father continue to live, while the most helpless and precious of beings, always seem to suffer.
