I woke up to this satisfying headline yesterday on Fox News:

So. Much. Winning.

Let me be clear – I don’t love this headline because I condone harassment. I love this headline because no one is being harassed, and the whining from Kerry Roberts and crew is almost as juicy as the actual acquittal of Karen Read. Both Karen and I have signed movie and book deals, and have come out of this trial stronger than ever. Meanwhile, the McAlbert Mafia knows that wherever they go people are looking at them funny because the world knows what they did to John O’Keefe. This is what the rest of their lives will look like. The winning never ends.

But as usual, Fox News has put out lies and disinformation on the Read case in their “story,” written by alleged “journalist Michael Ruiz.”

As you can see, he’s a real serious guy.

Let’s check out the story…..

Life is moving on for all the key players except John O’Keefe’s family after a Massachusetts jury found his former girlfriend Karen Read not guilty of all homicide-related charges in his death outside a midnight house party during a blizzard on Jan. 29, 2022. O’Keefe’s niece and nephew, who he took in after their parents died, are orphaned for a second time. 

Read has a book deal – and a TV series about her saga in the works. But she’s also facing a wrongful death lawsuit, which requires a lesser standard of guilt to hold her liable. Her civil team filed a motion to dismiss earlier this week.

An outside investigation by the FBI found no alternate suspects and dispelled allegations of corruption leveled at local and state police. But prosecutors and investigators who led the case are facing a reckoning.

Stop right there. The FBI investigation dispelled allegations of corruption and found no alternative suspects? I suppose so, as long as you consider a 3K page report nothing that shows that Michael Proctor plotted with another detective to manipulate the medical examiner, Julie Albert offered Proctor a bribe, Brian Higgins and Brian Albert destroyed their phones the day before a preservation order, Jennifer McCabe lied to FBI agents and said she was her sister Nicole, a forensic specialist concurred that McCabe Googled “hos long to die in cold” at 2:27 AM, the McAlberts were monitoring police activity in a group chat for days after O’Keefe was killed, Officer Dever witnessed Higgins and Chief Berkowitz alone in the Sallyport garage with Karen’s car for a wildly long period of time, and they all made up lies about butt dials in order to explain why they lied to the grand jury.

Yup, that sure clears up any allegations of corruption. Nothing to see here.

The Albert family, former owners of the property where Read and two other women found O’Keefe dead under a sheet of snow, just celebrated a wedding. Jennifer McCabe, a key witness in both of Read’s trials and one of the women with Read that morning, is the new bride’s aunt. At the wedding, attendees pitched in to hire private security after Read’s supporters allegedly circulated the venue online. Local police made their presence known, too. A marked SUV was parked at the foot of the church steps.

The ONLY place I have seen published photos from the McAlbert wedding is in this very article article from Fox News, that were taken by a Fox News photographer.

Brian Albert and Jennifer McCabe should be sitting in federal prison right now, and should be thanking their lucky stars that the worst thing that’s happened to them is a Fox News photographer taking pictures of them at the latest union of two douchebags who will be stuck in an alcohol fueled marriage.

Kerry Roberts, a friend of O’Keefe’s who was also present with McCabe and Read when they found his body, told Fox News Digital she is among the witnesses facing an ongoing harassment campaign, along with the Alberts, the McCabes and O’Keefe’s immediate family.

“I don’t know why they’re making Jen McCabe a villain,” she said in a phone interview. “All she did was answer the same phone call I did. Karen called her. She didn’t call Karen. It’s so stupid and bizarre.”

Critics say it’s hard to coverup a murder like John O’Keefe’s was. But it’s not that hard at all when you have someone as dumb as Kerry Roberts at the center of it. Millions of people watched her testimony, and then Jennifer McCabe’s testimony, and came to the undeniable conclusion that Kerry is a gullible idiot who McCabe manipulated into believing Karen Read was guilty from the moment they found John’s body. Jen monitored Kerry’s interview with police and gleefully reported in a McAlbert group chat that she was telling police exactly what she had manipulated Kerry to say. Jen helped murder Kerry’s friend, and yet she defends her in the media every chance she can get, while seemingly having no clue why people see what is plainly in front of Kerry’s eyes that she chooses not to see.

Then there was this:

The victim’s mother, Peggy O’Keefe, is dealing with harassment of her own, including a woman seen dancing on video at the foot of her driveway after Read’s acquittal.

The woman seen dancing in front of Peggy O’Keefe’s house is a Canton resident with severe mental health issues with absolutely zero ties to Karen Read, her supporters, or the Commonwealth. The incident was unrelated to Peggy O’Keefe’s role in the Read trial.

But this gem made me happier than I’ve been since I heard the words “not guilty”…..

Roberts said the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office told her to stop contacting their witness advocate after the trial, even as strangers continue to throw things at her house, call her family “murderers” in the supermarket and mock her children.

“We put our a–es on the line for three and a half years, two trials, to help the state of Massachusetts, and you’re not going to help us when we’re being harassed?” she said. “It’s not worth it to put my family through ever again, and not be protected at all. It’s sick. It’s absolutely sick.

I can’t tell you how satisfying this is. Kerry Roberts was in near constant communication with the DA’s office from the beginning. She called herself and Jen McCabe detectives, and were constantly giving the DA’s office “tips” about Karen before and after she was indicted for murder. She tried to stop the investigation into Michael Proctor, and was constantly contacting the DA’s Office and acting as the official spokesperson for McCabe. And despite never being confronted by me, she badly wants to be a “victim” of witness intimidation. No one is throwing anything at her house, no one is calling her a murderer in the super market, and no one is mocking her children. 

Jen McCabe and Kerry Roberts were the two “witnesses” who threatened not to testify at the second trial if I wasn’t arrested again. They have relentlessly hounded the DA’s Office, demanding that I be arrested again for….something. Anything will do. They don’t like what I am saying and they want the NCDAO to stop me. That hasn’t happened, so now they’re blaming the DA’s Office.

Newsflash Kerry – they’re not returning your calls because you are useless to them. You had one job – give convincing testimony that would lead to the conviction of Karen Read. Instead of doing that you admitted under oath that you previously lied under oath:

Experts say the admission could damage her credibility in front of the jury. “She lied,” said Grace Edwards, a Massachusetts trial attorney who works in nearby Essex County. “She committed perjury in her grand jury testimony. Nothing she says is credible.”

What use do you provide Michael Morrissey now? Nothing. He actually humored your bullshit when he needed you to lynch Karen Read, but there’s no more trial now so he’s done with you. Sucks to suck.

There’s an ongoing witness intimidation case against Aidan Kearney, a Canton blogger who goes by the name Turtleboy, but while Roberts is not one of his alleged victims, she says she faces rude comments and other harassment from random members of the community.

I live nowhere near Canton, dipshit.

After baseball games, kids on the team opposing her son might tell him “Free Karen Read” while lining up to shake hands, she said. She filed a complaint against her mailman, who allegedly muttered a vulgarity into her doorbell camera when he saw a “Justice for John O’Keefe” sign at her house. Now someone else delivers her letters.

You may recall during one of my standouts outside D&E Pizza that a mailman drove by and yelled “chicken parm Charlie!!!” I’m assuming that’s her mailman, and she doesn’t like him because he supports Turtleboy. There is no way her mailman was harassing her, and if the other kids who played her son’s team in baseball said “Free Karen Read,” that’s not harassment either. Karen Read is factually innocent and a jury unanimously agreed.

“My message to people is don’t ever be a witness,” she said. “If this happens to you, you’re not gonna be protected at all.”

Or, you could just tell the truth if you are a witness. Kerry seems to forget that she admitted on the stand that she lied to the grand jury that indicted Karen Read when she falsely claimed that she witnessed Karen ask Jen to Google “how long to die from hypothermia.” People value and appreciate witnesses when they tell the truth. They don’t like witnesses who lie. Pretty simple.

Hank Brennan, the high-powered defense attorney hired as a special prosecutor to lead Read’s second trial, reportedly raked in more than $550,000 for his work, according to the Boston Herald. That’s a reasonable sum for a private lawyer, said retired Massachusetts judge and Boston College law professor Jack Lu, but also much more than a deputy district attorney on the state payroll would have made: “Probably $130,000 annually.” Brennan put in long days and likely worked through weekends, while keeping his private practice open at the same time, he added.

OMG, they actually interviewed this idiot:

Jack Lu is a retired Judge who is addicted to the sound of his own voice and constantly tries to get on TV. He knows nothing about the case at all, and appears to be suffering from some sort of dementia. Because of his commentary on WBZ and NBC 10, in which he said that Michael Proctor is a “nice guy,” and that Karen Read is a “cold blooded murderer” (after she was convicted), he has been banned from both networks.

 

Of course he was proudly displaying this to the world before going on either network. On his now deleted Twitter account Judge Lu regularly opined that I am a “crime boss” who is gonna be going down for RICO charges, and that supporters (who he calls “cockroaches) who have messaged me should rat on me to save themselves.

The mere fact that Michael Ruiz sought this man out for an interview and actually printed the ramblings that came out of his mouth shows you just how unserious of a blogger Ruiz is.

Finally, the article ended with Kerry praising Spanky and complaining about the jury pool being tainted:

And while in a rare public statement he slammed the prevalence of witness intimidation and apologized for not securing a conviction, O’Keefe’s supporters indicated they appreciate his work on the case.

“The jury pool was completely tainted is all I can say,” Roberts told Fox News Digital. “Hank did so much work. He was a genius. He really was. Nobody could’ve gotten it done. Which is wicked sad.

Nobody could’ve gotten it done? Just a reminder – Adam Lally got 9 people to believe that John O’Keefe was hit by a car, and Hank Brennan got 0. Adam Lally was already being paid by the taxpayers via his salary, as was his most important witness Trooper Paul. Brennan cost the taxpayers more than 4 times Lally’s salary in just 9 months, and Brennan paid $400K to a man who painted himself blue and couldn’t convince a single juror that John O’Keefe was hit by a car.

But Spanky’s greatest scam by far was convincing the O’Keefes and McAlberts that he was going to convict Karen Read of anything. He knew he had no chance. He was in this for the money and nothing more. He knows John O’Keefe wasn’t hit by a car. He lied to the victim’s family and laughed at them behind their backs.

This is the MO of Kerry Roberts – she is easily fooled and blinded by her hatred of Karen Read, so it’s easy for shitty people like Spanky and Jen to take advantage of her.

Anyway, the winning is never gonna stop with this story, and it’s only gonna get worse from here. A year or two from now Karen Read is gonna be extremely wealthy, and someday I’m gonna own a boat and live in Cape Cod. The documentary coming out about my coverage of this story is gonna be a million times bigger than the crap ID Discovery put out, the movie is gonna be the biggest thing since Titanic, and the book is gonna be a bestseller. Meanwhile, the best case scenario for the McAlberts is that they remain out of jail and continue to live their townie lives, knowing full well that whenever they go out in public people will always be pointing and whispering because the world knows what they did to John O’Keefe.
