Worcester DA Joe Early’s Office Responsible For Transgender Man Murdering Shrewsbury Father After Dropping Machete Attack Charges Despite Threats To Murder Colorado Governor
Last week a Shrewsbury man named Kevin Doherty was shot and killed at Jordan Pond by a deranged transgender individual for photographing him while he was spray painting graffiti on public property. Snehal Srivastava killed Mr. Doherty in broad daylight in front of multiple witnesses while the victim was walking home after dropping his son off at school.
According to the statement of facts, Shrewsbury Police found pictures of Srivastava on Doherty’s cell phone, and were able to identify him because he’s a well known douchebag in town.

Srivastava identifies as a woman, despite having facial hair and male anatomy. The only attempt he makes to “be female” is dressing in women’s clothing and calling himself a woman, which is the only thing you have to be to be called a woman. He goes by Sasha on Facebook, and has posted several dozen deranged videos, where he highlights his aspiring rap career, talks about his time in jail, and takes bong rips in front of his house while dressed as an extra in Encanto.
He’s always a victim too. He made a about his grievances with a local spa for not respecting his safety as a “trans woman.” The first time he went the woman behind the desk was confused by the fact that he had facial hair before escorting him to the female locker room. He claims that being allowed to be in the presence of naked women with his balls out was the first time he felt humanized. But then the second time he went it was a different woman behind the desk who sent him to the male locker room, which he claims was not equal in amenities. He claims this was traumatic and made him cry and want to kill himself because he didn’t want to be forced to get dressed in front of men, while ignoring the irony of the fact that women are forced to dress in front of him. He also said that a woman at the spa who didn’t feel comfortable in the locker room with him should be charged with a hate crime and attempted murder because of the historical pattern of killing “black” people like him, due to the fact that the cops could’ve shown up and killed him.
It’s almost as if transgenderism is some sort of mental illness because people like this are completely delusional about their own anatomy. But he wears hoop earrings, so you are required to go along with his delusions about being a woman.
A loving father is dead, and his children will grow up without a Dad because this maggot was allowed to roam free. There were ample opportunities to incarcerate him, but DA Joe Early’s office dropped the ball. Srivastava has a long and documented criminal record despite being only 26 years old. His charges include multiple arrests for A&B with a dangerous weapon, A&B, leaving the scene of property damage, and now murder.
In February of 2020 he entered someone’s home with a hammer and fled after a struggle. He was ultimately acquitted at a bench trial by Judge Tim Bibaud, the father of Alli Bibaud, who we exposed in 2017 after she crashed her car while high and offered a BJ to the State Trooper who arrested her, which was scrubbed from her arrest report at the encouragement of DA Joe Early and MSP Colonel Richard McKeon, in order to avoid embarrassing her father.
The next year the Mumbai Mangina was charged with leaving the scene of property damage after side swiping a man on the highway and fleeing the scene.
According to the lawsuit filed against him, the Mumbai Mangina hit the man twice with his vehicle.
He didn’t show up for court, got defaulted, and never paid the $3K judgement.
Then in 2022 Srivastava was arrested again for A&B with a dangerous weapon after he hacked a complete stranger with a machete at a movie theater in Westborough because the victim didn’t want him to block his car from leaving a parking spot.
He was not held as a result of a dangerousness hearing, and while out on bail the Mumbai Mangina had his bail revoked after he left two voicemails for Colorado Governor Jared Polis, threatening to murder him.
After he got out he immediately violated the conditions of his bail again by not attending mandatory mental health treatment, and had his bail revoked for a second time. This time Judge Bibaud made sure to respect his pronouns by sending the Mumbai Mangina to the women’s jail in Western Mass.
He got out of women’s jail and Judge Bibaud eased the conditions of his release by allowing him to travel and removing the GPS monitoring.
A trial was ultimately set for July 15, 2025, but the charges ended up getting dropped by DEI Deval Patrick appointed Judge Jennifer Stark that day while the machete attack victim was in court, because ADA Joe Reilly forgot to bring the 911 tape with him to court.
As a result of the failures of Joe Early’s Office, Judge Stark, and Judge Bibaud, a loving father is now dead. There is zero reason this maggot shouldn’t have been in jail, but the fact of the matter is that nobody goes to jail in this state unless they they have a YouTube show that causes emotional harm to Jennifer McCabe.
This is the same DA’s Office that in 2016 chose to release Jorge Zambrano from jail after being arrested for assaulting a state trooper because “jail wasn’t working for him.” A month later Zambrano murdered Auburn Police Officer Ron Tarentino during a traffic stop.
Our society has bent over backwards to protect the feelings of people like the Mumbai Mangina, because ultimately misgendering him is more offensive to the powers that be than slashing a guy with a machete. Now a little boy will grow up without a Dad, and it’s completely the fault of Joe Early, Judge Stark, and Judge Bibaud. Will any of them actually be held accountable?
