Canton Coverup Part 530: Special Prosecutors Robert Cosgrove, Robert Novack Resign From Lindsey Gaetani Case After Being Sued By Fake Victim, Release Of Mega Motion
This afternoon both Special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove and Special Prosecutor Robert Novack formally withdrew from their roles in prosecuting the indictments against me for witness intimidation and wiretapping of Lindsey Gaetani, stemming from the Christmas Eve fake grand jury summons setup. Cosgrove cited the recent lawsuit filed against him by Ratchet Madness Champsion Lindsey Gaetani, which has created a conflict of interest due to the fact that she is his primary witness in that case. Novack, who conducted the February 22, 2023 grand jury that led to the wiretapping indictment and presided over my arraignment on the day I was released from jail, did not state a reason why he was withdrawing. However, Novack did file this immediately after the public filing of Mega Motion, so it can be assumed that he read it all over and decided it was time to get off of this runaway loser train.

Two weeks ago Judge Doolin allowed a motion that kicked Ken Mello off the Gaetani case as well, due to the fact that he made himself a witness by answering a 3:30 AM phone call while he knew I was at her apartment. That leaves zero prosecutors left for that case, which means the DA would have to assign a new special prosecutor. But Michael Morrissey isn’t going to be able to do that since Ms. Gaetani also wrote him an extortion letter telling him he would be sued unless he gave her $50K.
What does this mean? Simple – they have no one to prosecute my case in Norfolk County. Eventually the case with Gaetani will be dropped for lack of prosecution. It’s noteworthy that this would mean all three of the charges that I was incarcerated for in December of 2023 – assault and battery, witness intimidation, wiretapping – have been dropped. In other words, I spent 60 days in jail for fake crimes that they had no intention of actually prosecuting.
After the Fake Victim charges are dropped I will only have the McAlbert indictments to take care of. Considering Michael Morrissey is almost certain not to be re-elected in November, the McAlberts are all being sued by Karen Read and will likely be deposed in the near future, and the case against me is going up in flames the more discovery we get handed to us, it’s only a matter of time until those charges go away too.
Mello collected over $80K from the taxpayers to completely blow up his own case. Robert Novack made $20K off the taxpayers to indict me on charges that never came close to making it to trial. Robert Cosgrove probably has made more than both of them while triple dipping off the hard working people of the Commonwealth. All three of them should be deeply ashamed of what they’ve done. The people will not forget this.
I am never going to prison. I was never going to prison. This whole sordid affair was just a way to keep me on thin ice for the Read trial, and give them a chance to revoke my bail if I ever said mean things about the McAlberts or Brian Tully on my show.
I would like to take this moment to thank Grant Ellis, since it was his bright idea to have the Fake Victim sue the Special Prosecutor and lead detective in her case, and threaten to sue the DA, forcing them all to withdraw from her case. She took literally the worst legal advice possible, from the most obviously insane person on the Internet, and it couldn’t happen to a worse person. This woman lied and put me in jail for 60 days. And soon I will no longer be a defendant in any capacity against her, but she will be a defendant in my case.
