Canton Coverup Part 531: Lt. John Fanning’s Grand Jury Testimony Proves Special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove Lied About Brian Tully Not Using Links Sent To Him By Kate Peter In TB Investigation

On August 13 at a Turtleboy witness intimidation hearing, Special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove stated videos presented to the grand jury by Brian Tully were NOT sent to him by Kate Peter. Although he admits that Ms. Peter did in fact send edited videos of my YouTube presentations to Tully, he claimed that Tully had a policy of not clicking on any links, and instead asking Ms. Peter to direct him to the YouTube episode on the Internet so he could watch it in context himself.
But this was a lie.
First of all, Tully can’t admit that he essentially outsources his investigation to a woman who lost 2 of her kids and has a well documented history of criminal behavior and forgery.
Secondly, there are no emails in Tully’s 4,727 pages of emails in which he responds to Ms. Peter and asks her to direct him to my YouTube presentations on the Internet.
But the biggest tell that Cosgrove and Tully were lying was Lt. John Fanning’s grand jury testimony on February 22, 2024, where I was indicted for “wiretapping” Lindsey Gaetani. We laid it all out in a supplemental after David filed this week:
This is the December 24, 2023 audio in question:
During the recording Lindsey Gaetani wakes her young children up at 3:30 AM and threatened to drive to my house to have a fake abortion of a fake baby in my real driveway. Because she said she was going to crash along the way I agreed not to leave in order to protect the safety of the children. You can also hear her call Ken Mello around the 6 minute mark. All of this proves that she was lying when Tully told the Medfield Police that I pushed her and refused to leave her apartment.
The “evidence” that this video was wiretapped comes entirely from Krusty Panties, Esq. The video posted on YouTube is 15 minutes long. The video sent by KP to Fanning was only 30 seconds long, and had different language from the video I posted on YouTube. She claimed, without any evidence, that the 30 second video was the actual original reporting, and that the video I posted on YouTube was doctored. Despite her documented and admitted history of forgery, State Police investigators blindly trusted her.

As you can see in the footnote, Cosgrove has voluntarily agreed to recuse himself as prosecutor in the 2024 Gaetani indictments, due to the fact that a lawsuit she filed against him has created a conflict. It is now in his interest to damage her credibility, which conflicts with his responsibility as a prosecutor to convince a jury that she is credible.
But we also announce in that footnote that we will be filing a motion for Cosgrove to recuse himself from the 2023 witness intimidation indictments in which Jennifer McCabe, Matt McCabe, Elizabeth Proctor, Brian Albert, Colin Albert, Chris Albert, and Julie Nagel are named victims and witnesses. As you will see in a lengthy motion filed with the court today, Ms. Gaetani is undeniably a potential witness for both the Commonwealth and the defense in the 2023 indictments. Therefore, Cosgrove also has an unresolvable conflict in that case as well, since his witness is suing both Cosgrove and the lead investigator (Tully).
Fanning told the grand jury that KP has software that “captures things Mr. Kearney posts” which she then sends to State Police investigators. They did nothing to investigate the authenticity of the 30 second clip she sent to them, but he admits that it’s far from the only time she’s provided information to the State Police that they used to indict me.

Despite her lack of credibility Tully and Ken Mello continued to exchange messages about the investigation in several emails from December 28, 2023 through January 3, 2024. She even asked them if they would like her to do certain things.

But there’s just one problem – the 30 second clip KP sent them, which was played in front of the grand jury, has NEVER been on the Internet. This means that Tully and Cosgrove lied to the court when they said that Tully would always ask KP where to find the videos himself on the Internet, because he had a policy of not clicking on links that she sent him. There was NO OTHER WAY for him to get that 30 second clip.

The motion to recuse will be out later this afternoon. Stand by.
