Canton Coverup Part 533: John Depetro Asks Person He Believes Is Hank Brennan’s Talent Agent To Take Over My Case Because Jennifer McCabe Is Mad The Charges Are Going To Be Dismissed

 

This is John DePetro.

John is a disgraced Rhode Island conservative talk radio hack who took an interest in the Karen Read case in August of 2023 after he had insane asylum escapee and unemployed “attorney” Wendy Murphy on his show. Literally everything he learned about the case came from a woman who is most infamous for spreading the Duke Lacrosse rape hoax, which she continues to do to this day.

The entirety of everything he learned about Karen Read came from Wendy Murphy. From that point on he became a propaganda tool for the Commonwealth, who spread outright lies and misinformation about juror reactions in the courtroom, as well as spreading baseless conspiracies and outright defamation about Read and her attorneys on Twitter. This is why he was booed so loudly as he left the courthouse after the not guilty verdict, right before I emerged to screams and cheers.

Scandal is nothing new for DePetro. In 2008 he was fired from his job at WPRO for a ratings scandal that was designed to artificially inflate the number of people who were listening to his show. He had his wife use multiple radios that tuned into his show 24/7, and then blamed her for it after he was caught.

In 2006 he was fired form another radio job after calling a gubernatorial candidate a “fat lesbian.”

In 2022 he was charged with trespassing, after aggressively harassing a man named Mark Perkins, who he believed was involved in the disappearance of Charlotte Lester.

John was 100% correct about Perkins, who was charged with murder 2.5 years later after Lester’s body was discovered. However, the ironic part about that was that DePetro went on Court TV with Julie Grant and cried about me intimidating witnesses like Jen McCabe by coming to their house. He literally did the same exact thing with Perkins:

I messaged him about this, and apparently he thought it was different because Jennifer McCabe was just a “witness.” He didn’t seem to understand that at the time he was protesting outside of Perkins’ house Perkins was just a “witness” and not a murder suspect. This is exactly how I viewed Jennifer McCabe when I was outside of her house asking her questions.

I’ve messaged John about spreading blatant lies like this debunked fantasy about Michael Proctor reading Karen Read confessions in her text messages:

 

But when called out on his lies John just deflects and says Karen Read is a pathological liar.

 

Don’t let him fool you though – he has been a HUGE Turtleboy fan for several years now.

After the not guilty verdicts John has been on a bender to expose juror corruption. This mostly consisted of him doing what he has historically done in the past – saying really racist things about the black foreman (he can’t read or write) and the Brazilian immigrant juror (mocks her accents and suggests she’s an illegal immigrant) who have come forward to talk about their deliberations, and accusing the jurors of destroying evidence. He even harassed Juror 11 by going to the Target where he believes she works in order to harass her at her.

 

The evolution of John’s observations about the jury are fascinating. During juror selection he was felating Hank Brennan on a daily basis, bragging about how Spanky was playing “high level chess” to get the perfect jury to convict Karen Read.

 

John won the “random” media lottery 5 of the 6 first weeks of the trial. During that time he was constantly “reporting” on how much the jury loved Hank Brennan, and hated Karen Read and her attorneys, despite the fact that other members of the media were reporting the exact opposite. According to John the jury was “mesmerized” by Jen McCabe, Ian Whiffin, Jessica Hyde, Bukkake, and all of the Karen clips from her various interviews.

 

He insisted that Hank Brennan “owned” the courtroom, and that the science proved John was hit by a car, when in fact every scientific expert said the opposite.

 

 

He LOVED Jud Welcher, whose blue paint experiment was never mentioned in Hank’s closing, and who was never brought back to rebut ARCCA’s testimony because Welcher testified that he was told by Spanky that there were no X-Ray’s of John’s arm.

 

He kept a running score of which side won each day. After Day 21 it was 21-0 in favor of Spanky.

 

He claimed that the jury wouldn’t believe anything Lucky Loughran said, despite the fact that jurors who have spoken out since the verdict specifically highlighted Lucky’s testimony.

 

He reported that the jury HATED Matthew Disogra’s presentation because they don’t like Power Points, but said that they LOVED Whiffin’s Power Point.

 

 

He repeatedly GUARANTEED that Karen Read would be convicted.

 

So as you can imagine, he was very confused when the inevitable not guilty verdicts were read, which everyone with a brain understood was going to happen.

Since the trial John has attempted to find a breaking story about the case that no one else has reported. Unfortunately for him, he’s not very thorough at vetting sources. The day after the trial ended he published an “interview” with “Juror 17.” If you followed my tweets during the trial, you would know that Juror 17 was the oldest person on the jury, and he filled 5 notebooks worth of notes, before being selected as an alternate. Someone who followed me reached out to Depetro, armed only with the information in my tweets, and pretended to be Juror 17.

 

 

Literally all the emailer had to do was describe the Juror I had already described publicly and refer to the clerk as “Jim.” Depetro was sold!

“Juror 17” answered all of Depetro’s questions, which John published on his website.

The interview was such a hit that Depetro wanted Juror 17 on his show that night so he could speak with Jennifer McCabe live!

 

John even tried to impress the fake juror by lying and bragging that another juror had contacted him and told him that Beverly Cannone gave out Depetro’s contact information to jurors.

 

Unfortunately, Juror 17 gave himself away when he mentioned “FCC POLICY,” something Depetro claimed I violated by interrupting one of his “broadcasts” outside of the courthouse.

The article was pulled shortly after that.

But the trolling had only just begun. One week after the verdict John began speaking with “Allison Clarke,” who he believed was Hank Brennan’s “talent agent.”

 

Depetro had written an email to Brennan immediately after closing arguments, gargling his balls about the “master class” performance, wrongly interpreting juror reactions, making plans to celebrate the impending guilty verdict, and asking Spanky to prosecute me.

John tried very hard to get his hero Spanky on his YouTube presentation by bragging about how he was in talks with “serious celebrities” who he would have to cancel interviews with if Hank came on. He inquired from Allison about rumors he heard from Grant Ellis about another grand jury looking into Karen’s attorneys, and wondered if Hank had read his letter, in which he concluded that there were FKR plants on the jury because Spanky’s closing was so good that no fair minded juror could ever vote not guilty.

 

Hank’s talent agent asked Brennan for $150K for Spanky to appear on Depetro’s broadcast. He countered with a $500 charitable donation. John told her he would look into “accessing funds,” and bragged about bringing Coffindoofus on with him, who was also not having her phone calls returned by Brennan. Depetro told the talent agent to ignore the fact that almost no one watches his show, claiming that it is “well known” that anti-FKR content creators are shadow banned by a YouTube conspiracy.

 

Despite the fact that I read these emails on my show, John still hadn’t figured out that he was not actually speaking with Hank Brennan’s talent agent. In September he wrote another email, this time expressing his displeasure about unreturned voicemails left for Spanky. He wasn’t happy that Brennan was silent since the trial, and was more peeved about how much Hank and Aperture got paid to lose so badly. Despite Spanky’s failures, Depetro once again asked Spanky to prosecute the case against me.

But despite never hearing back from Allison or Spanky, Depetro sent out yet another email this week, once again asking Spanky to take over the case against me. According to Depetro, sources have told him that all of the charges against me are going to be dismissed, either as a result of our motion to dismiss or a lack of prosecution due to a witness suing the special prosecutor. He claimed to be speaking on behalf of the McCabe and O’Keefe families, who are no longer having their emails returned by Michael Morrissey’s office. He even said that Karen Read’s “adversaries” have reached out to her, asking her to press charges on me. He ended the email by stating that I deserve to spend the rest of my life in prison.

Sorry John, but I’m never going to be convicted of anything and neither is Karen Read.
