Canton Coverup Part 537: Michael Morrissey Drops Witness Intimidation And Wiretapping Charges Against Turtleboy Due To Lindsey Gaetani’s Lawsuit Against Robert Cosgrove, Brian Tully, And Morrissey

 

Breaking News: Michael Morrissey today entered a nolle prosequi in the 2024 indictments of Turtleboy for witness intimidation and wiretapping against Lindsey Gaetani, effectively ending that case entirely.

Ms. Gaetani is suing Robert Cosgrove and Brian Tully, and threatening to sue Morrissey, for allegedly violating her civil rights by giving the Turtleboy defense team access to her cell phone. As a result Cosgrove had to recuse himself due to a conflict (he is being sued by his only witness in the case), and Morrissey cannot appoint a new prosecutor (he is being threatened with a lawsuit by a witness).

A similar motion to recuse Cosgrove from the 2023 indictments for witness intimidation involving Julie Nagel, Jennifer McCabe, Matt McCabe, Elizabeth Proctor, Brian Albert, Colin Albert, and Chris Albert, is scheduled for oral arguments on December 5. As of now Cosgrove has not voluntarily recused himself in that matter like he did with the Gaetani matter, but she is undeniably a witness for both the Commonwealth and the defense in that case.

This marks the official end of my nightmare of Lindsey Gaetani. I was worried I would be entangled as a defendant and have constant court dates with her for years moving forward, but in the last year and a half I have completely rid her from my life by doing the following:

• The Commonwealth filing a nolle prosequi on the bogus assault and battery charges after a grand jury failed to indict me on made up allegations that I pushed the Fake Victim onto a couch
• Getting the bogus restraining order amended on April 26, 2024 to prevent her from being able to show up to Karen Read hearings and have me evicted from court
• Getting her restraining order renewal DENIED on January 7, which means she can’t set me up to be violated and arrested ever again
• Being acquitted on June 12 after a 3 day trial for allegedly violating the restraining order on February 26, 2024 when the Fake Victim showed up with the McAlberts and O’Keefes to have me evicted from Karen Read’s court hearing
• Getting the Commonwealth to file a nolle pros on the witness intimidation and wiretapping charges, stemming from the night when I recorded her as she held me hostage in her apartment, threatened to harm her children if I left, and threatened to have a fake abortion of a fake baby in my real driveway

I will never get the 60 days of my life back that she took away from me and my children. But this is yet another step in the path towards justice and complete vindication. There will be many more victories to come.
