Temu Attorney Thomas Dougherty Files Motion To Close Courtroom For Meredith O’Neils Hearing Monday Based On Documented Lie That He Was Threatened And Assaulted

 

In anticipation of Monday’s restraining order hearing in South Boston District Court, Meredith O’Neil’s attorney Thomas Dougherty was filed a motion to close the courtroom to the public. He complains that I am publicizing this public proceeding too much, and in doing so his client and her minor daughter are in grave danger. Ironically, Meredith sent the filing yesterday to a YouTuber by the name of Lana Oriani, most famous for raising money for convicted child killer Chris Watts, who then read it out loud on her YouTube presentation before I even knew it happened. Dougherty is not a serious attorney, and this is not a serious motion. It has no chance of being successful, and is filled with countless lies that I will go over on the Live Show tomorrow night. Clearly this guy is just running up the bill on Meredith, who claims she had to dip into her 401K to pay for this after being fired as a direct result of her own online postings.

I will go over this filing in more detail on the Live Show this weekend, but for now I will leave you with this gem. Attorney Dougherty has made himself a witness in this case by filing this motion to close the courtroom, since his basis for doing so is that he was harassed and assaulted by me, another journalist, and my supporters. He blatantly lied in the filing by claiming that a “turtle head” named Tom Derosier pushed him from behind, threatened him with physical harm, and threatened to attack Dougherty by saying “you want to go?”

Video of the incident shows that Tom was standing on the courthouse stairs, Dougherty walked out, Derosier yelled “what’s up, Dougherty yelled “Go! Move it!” at his client like cattle, then swung his arm in a backward motion to hit Derosier’s camera. Tom responded by saying, “what the fuck guy? you can’t touch me, I’m on video guy,” to which Dougherty said, “you don’t wanna go with me bro.” Tom then responded to that threat of physical violence by saying, “dude, let’s fucking to right now, you wanna touch me?”

This is Dougherty swinging his arm in a backwards motion.

As you can see, Tom Derosier never pushed him from behind.

This is perjury, and grounds to recuse him from Monday’s hearing. Although, she may be better off without him.
