Canton Coverup Part 547: Alleged Murderer Myles King Sent Back To Jail After ATF Arrest Months After Being Released On Bail Over Michael Proctor Scandal

In July I wrote about how a violent thug named Myles King was released from jail after having his bail significantly reduced because he had the good fortune of having Michael Proctor as the lead detective on his case. King allegedly murdered a man named Marquis Simmons in Milton in July of 2021, and was identified by Simmons as the shooter in the victim’s dying breath. The investigation by Proctor into Simmons murder was much more thorough than the investigation into John O’Keefe’s murder, despite the fact that O’Keefe was a police officer, and involved pulling surveillance video from local homes and businesses. King is a rapper who goes my “Mizzie Cash” and flaunts guns and drug money in his music videos.

Because of the Commonwealth’s delays in getting King his discovery, combined with the negative publicity the NCDAO was getting over Michael Proctor’s termination as a result of his racist and sexist text messages, King had his bail significantly lowered by Judge Doolin in June of 2025.

As I documented at the time, King immediately began posting pictures and videos of himself with guns and drug money within days of being released on low bail.

Unfortunately King has been lumped in as a victim of corruption by many Karen Read supporters, simply because Proctor was the lead detective in his case. But he is not a victim of corruption. He is a cold blooded murderer and a drug dealer who has zero desire to be anything except a criminal if he is not behind bars. Nevertheless, I have received criticism and been called racist for suggesting that Karen Read is innocent but Myles King is not.

On April 24, 2026 a hearing was held in Norfolk Superior Court where attorneys (including Proctor defender Joe Krowski) for Read, King, and alleged murderer Shawn Johnson argued that they should have full access to Proctor’s text messages, and that these messages should no longer be under protective order. Attorney Rosemary Scapicchio, who represents King, said that the courts should stop protecting Proctor, and claimed that he said it was “kill a n****a day in Canton” in one of the text messages. King was in court that day.

But 2 days ago King was arrested by the Feds and put back in jail after he was busted selling drugs to an undercover ATF agent. According to the court papers King sold 59 grams of crack cocaine to an undercover agent on March 27, 2026. He sold over 175 grams of crack cocaine and used a runner called “Jiggy” to get the undercover agent the drugs.

He did all of this AFTER having the incredible luck of being released from jail, which never would’ve happened if the State Police didn’t frame Karen Read for murder. This shows that he had no intention of obeying the law or getting a job that didn’t involve selling drugs and guns. Despite being blessed with this second chance at life he went right back to being a thug because it’s the only thing he knows how to do. He also had the luck of being given Scapiccio as a court appointed attorney, who he never would’ve been able to afford without the taxpayers funding it. She is one of the best attorneys in the state and possibly could’ve helped him get away with murder, but at the end of the day he just couldn’t help himself.

The documents show that shortly after being released from jail King was picked up in a van and given $20K in cash. It cites his YouTube videos, which the Feds likely learned from my reporting, since no other media outlet thought it was newsworthy to point out the fact that a violent felon was back doing violent felon things as a result of the NCDAO’s coddling and protection of Michael Proctor.

The court papers contain pictures and screenshots from the videos I posted, which were included in my articles.

It’s not surprising that the Feds are using Turtleboy as a source, since according to Plevin, Josh Levy was using my articles as exhibits at the federal grand jury that investigated the coverup of John O’Keefe’s murder. The FBI also cited a Turtleboy article when they arrested a Fall River hooligan named Michael St. Pierre in July of 2023, after I wrote an article in 2021 about St. Pierre filming himself throwing a smoke grenade inside the Capitol during the January 6 riot.  Mr. St. Pierre peacefully protested the article I wrote about him by erecting a sign outside of his business that read “Boycott Turtle Boy Fake News Punk.”

Myles King is a dangerous criminal with no intentions of ever becoming a law abiding citizen. The moment he was released from jail the public immediately became less safe, as he ensured that guns and drugs would flow freely through the streets. The community was directly put in danger as a result of the corruption and incompetence of the Norfolk County DA’s Office, who allowed Michael Proctor to continue to work on cases despite knowing full well that he was a corrupt cop who framed Karen Read for murder. Supporting Karen Read doesn’t mean we should support other scumbags Proctor arrested, just because they had the pure luck of being investigated by him. If King was investigated by any other detective he never would’ve been released from jail, and he would’ve been convicted already because the discovery would’ve been in on time.

  1. Better keep a tab on Miles Kings whereabouts T.B.

If he reads this he will think you ratted on him. He did it to himself but guessing that’s Not the way he thinks ?

  2. This case is a powerful reminder that second chances only matter if someone is willing to change. Despite being given reduced bail and strong legal support, King allegedly returned to the same criminal behavior. It also raises serious questions about how investigative failures and procedural delays can have real-world consequences.

  3. What a gripping read! The complexities surrounding Myles King’s case and the implications of the ATF’s involvement reveal so much about systemic issues in our justice system. It’s wild how similar this feels to some intense FNAF stories where motives can be shrouded in mystery. Have you considered exploring how community perceptions might shift with ongoing updates?

  4. If you did your home work instead of being bias towards a young black kid that was set up by a corrupt police officer, Michael Proctor investigation then you would know that his case is know different then Karen reeds just different circumstances turtle boy and second of all his lawyer rosemary Scapicchio is know court appointed lawyer she is an paid lawyer out of his family pocket not the tax payer so get your facts straight instead of being so one sided when it comes to this crooked officer.
