Boston City Councillor Tania Fernandes Anderson, Who Married Convicted Murderer While Behind Bars,  Indicted For $7K Bathroom Kickback Scheme To Pay Off $21K In Overdue Rent

 

Boston City Councillor Tania Fernandes-Anderson was arrested by the FBI this morning and is being charged with five counts of aiding and abetting wire fraud and one count of aiding and abetting theft of federal monies in connection with a kickback scheme.

We’ve been exposing Fernandes-Anderson for several years now after she was widely heralded by the meinstream media for “breaking glass ceilings” after being elected to office in 2021. She’s an illegal immigrant, a Muslim, and a woman of color, and allows these things to define her as a person. She constantly plays the race card and acts in an extremely ratchet manner on the council floor. In 2022 her friend and colleague on the City Council Ricardo Arroyo was running for Suffolk County District Attorney, and received the endorsement from her and several other prominent far left politicians and activists. However, his campaign was derailed by 2 allegations of sexual misconduct, leading to several high profile politicians like Ayanna Pressley and Ed Markey rescinding their endorsements.

Fernandes-Anderson refused to take her endorsement back, and instead accused anyone who didn’t support Arroyo of being a racist. She brought an army of ratchets with her to a City Council meeting and gave an unhinged speech on the Council floor in which she challenged her critics by saying “don’t come for me, because if you want smoke you can get smoke.” She also banged her fist on the table and yelled “what the FUCK do I have to do in this fucking council in order to get respect as a black woman?”

In July of 2022 Turtleboy Daily News reported what no other media outlet has reported to this today –  Fernandes-Anderson married a man named Tanzerious Anderson, who was 10 years into serving a life sentence for the murder of an immigrant named Iman Yazbek.

Those wedding picture were taken during a prison visit. Her husband’s victim sobbed “please, please” but they shot and killed him anyway because his accent made it sound like he was saying “police, police.” They took $46 from him. After the murder Anderson was reported to have said, “He’s murked [dead],” and, “I got my body for the summer.” You can read about it all here. Tania Anderson started a Change.org petition to have the Suffolk County DA’s Office reopen the case, and started a Facebook page and website called the A&R Project, dedicated to smearing the witnesses who helped convict her husband.

When she was inaugurated Fernandes-Anderson refused to her hand and recite the oath of office to defend the Constitution.

According to the 13 page indictment Fernandes-Anderson had previously been assessed a $5K penalty by the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission by hiring two members of her immediate family to be on her staff.

She forced all her staff members to sign NDA’s as a condition of employment, which is another way for saying “no snitching.”

Fernandes-Anderson hired a staff member who was related to her in 2022 and paid them a $65K salary, plus bonuses.

But she made a deal with the relative that they would have to kickback $7K to her as part of the deal.

Fernandes-Anderson lied in an email to a City of Boston employee, falsely claiming that the staff member was not related to her.

Fernandes-Anderson is a deadbeat who doesn’t like paying her bills and found herself in financial trouble recently. She allegedly wasn’t paying her rent or car payments, and was incurring bank overdraft fees because she never had money in her account.

In late 2022 her landlord brought her to housing court for not paying $19,850 in rent. They negotiated a deal where the rent would be reduced to $2K a month (down from $2,400) plus $500 towards what was owed. Fernandes-Anderson also agreed to apply for assistance.

However, one month later she had already violated the agreement, and the court instituted a judgment against her for $21,352 after she didn’t show up for a hearing.

Fernandes-Anderson was strapped for cash, despite earning a salary of over $100K a year and having no dependent children. So she brokered a deal with her relative staff member where she would pay the relative a bonus, and the relative would kickback money to her. The problem was that this payment to the relative had to be made public and her other staff members would see it. So Fernandes-Anderson lied to her other staff and told them that the relative was getting a bigger bonus than they were because the relative was being paid for prior volunteer work.

The $13K bonus the relative received was more than twice the bonus payments to the rest of the staff combined.

After taxes the relative received a check for $10,204.13 from the City of Boston. Fernandes-Anderson instructed the employee to pull out $3K, $3K, and $4K in cash from various banks.

The relative got to keep $3K for themselves and had to give the other $7K to Fernandes-Anderson in a City Hall bathroom, which they conspired to do via text message.

This is not the first time a family member has benefitted from Fernandes-Anderson being elected to office. The $5K fine she was ordered to pay was a result of her hiring her sister and then giving her a $12K raise. She also hired her brother and bumped his salary up $18K within 2 weeks of hiring him. But I guess she didn’t learn her lesson.

Dianne Wilkerson, Chuck Turner, and Sal Dimasi are shaking their heads with second hand embarrassment that she did all this for $7K. If you’re gonna be a corrupt politician you gotta go FULL corrupt. What the hell was she gonna do with $7K? Pay off a small fraction of the debt she owes? Couldn’t she find some developer to take a REAL bribe from like a REAL corrupt politician? This is just ratchet corruption from someone who doesn’t understand the first thing about how to abuse the powers of her office for personal gain.

She should’ve given the relative a bigger piece of the pie too, because they obviously snitched on her. How are you gonna demand a 70% kickback from someone making substantially less money than you? This is a relative who signed a NDA and has agreed to cover for your other corruption. You gotta pay them more than that if you wanna keep them happy. This is bootleg corruption at its finest.

Fernandes-Anderson should’ve followed the lead of other Boston race-baiting hustlers like Monica Cannon-Grant. She’s facing federal charges too, but at least she made 6, possibly 7 figures off it. This is a woman who thrives on identity politics, and hates white people and America with a burning passion:

And now she’s getting the same treatment as Monica over $7K. Monica had half a million in her account when the feds seized it.

Fernandes-Anderson can now become prison pen pals with her husband. In today’s story the Boston Globe, which has been publishing lots of pro-McAlbert propaganda, did not mention the fact that she married a man while he was serving a life sentence for murder. They did remember to mention that she “broke multiple glass ceilings” for being an illegal immigrant Muslim though.
