Two weeks ago disgraced FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer came to Canton and Dedham for jury selection in the Karen Read trial. She was spotted drinking at CF McCarthy’s, which isn’t surprising because in her latest videos she appears to be possibly under the influence of something.
She apparently has no regard for the law, as could be seen when she was caught jaywalking, which led to several motorists honking their horns in disgust at her.
But it appears as if her reign of terror in Canton wasn’t completed, so she decided to go to 34 Fairview Road and trespass on private property. In this Ring camera video (which a police officer like Brian Albert somehow didn’t have in his home) you can see Creepy Coffindaffer walking up to the front door like it’s some sort of tourist attraction, taking pictures, and then running away in shame because she realized she was doing something wrong. You can see she’s wearing the same red jacket under the old lady poncho. The best part is how she was winded by the time she reached the end of the driveway.
This video was sent to us by a friend of the homeowner, with the homeowner’s permission, because she wanted to officially trespass Coffindaffer from her property. In Massachusetts if you alert and individual that they are not to step foot on your property, and then they step foot on your property after that, they are officially in violation of the law. Coffindaffer has been put on notice.
The folks at Raveis Realty never alerted the new homeowner that she was purchasing a piece of property that would soon become a tourist attraction because the previous homeowner killed a cop inside and dumped his body on the front lawn. I asked her that when I met her last June, and she wasn’t happy about it. She seemed like a really nice lady, with kids, who wanted justice for John O’Keefe. Here’s what our source tells us about her experience living at 34 Fairview Road:
“She was furious about it (Coffindaffer). She gets aggravated enough by all the creepers who slowly drive by taking pictures and videos, but this crossed the line. They don’t usually go on the property.”
Jennifer Coffindaffer needs to stop terrorizing the new residents of 34 Fairview Road, and stop being so creepy in general.

Chief Brenda Perez has gotten calls from concerned Canton Residents and she has informed them that if any Canton Resident calls looking for help, they are allowed to cross the town line. So if you guys need anything, call Brockton.

This woman is a lunatic. Isn’t there documentation between the DA’s Office and her about filling social media with the Commonwealth’s case? I think we need some reminders about that so everyone can see how the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office fights crime.
The new homeowners should be looking into legal action against the Albert Family and the Real Estate Company that listed the property. In MA you don’t need to disclose a death/murder unless someone asks but this is different. This property is associated with one of the biggest corruption cases in Massachusetts history. We’ve seen some reporting that the FBI actually went into the home sometime last summer and seized some evidence. Could that evidence be blood evidence? If so, that could open the door to a lawsuit. The amount of interest in the property has to be beyond annoying and interfering with their quality of life. And there’s no doubt that this home has gone down in value due to this murder case.
Would the new owners have purchased this property if they knew blood evidence was in the house? I know I wouldn’t and I doubt they would have either.
Would the new owners have purchased this property if they knew this property was the crime scene of what looks to be a massive case of police corruption? Very doubtful.
Would the new owners have purchased this property if they knew they would be subjected to many curious onlookers, even ones like Jennifer C that would trespass for photos? Doubtful.
I know they paid less than the asking price but that isn’t enough to have to put up with what they’ve experienced since moving in. How much is your peace and quiet worth? For most of us, it’s a lot more than $50,000
And didn’t we learn somewhere that the RE company was refusing to allow anyone to take interior photos? That’s a curious request to make to potential buyers.
Most potentially illegal thing about the sale is why they sold the house. They were clearly trying to further contaminate the crime scene by having a stranger and her kids move in. Having the floor destroyed, the pool filled in, and the dog rehomed wasn’t enough. They needed someone else to live in this place and get their DNA, and their furniture, and their prints, all over this house. Contaminate the crime scene so badly it’s unusable. The purpose of this sale, was destroying evidence to conceal a felony. There has to be a way for that to meet the legal standard for some kind of fraud. If nothing else, the realtors could be charged as accessory. They know the McAlberts. They knew what they were doing.
You bring up some great points as to adding in more DNA, prints, people, etc to contaminate the crime scene. The sale could be looked at as interfering with the investigation. I do wonder what else they left behind from the crime? Does blood evidence smell after some point? Does blood ruin any surfaces? Could leaving blood evidence attract rodents, insects, etc?
Brian and Nicole Albert knew they were deceiving these new owners.
I’m sure if the feds came in, pulled up carpet/flooring in that basement and sprayed Luminol, it would light up like Vegas. I’d be mad as helll if I were living in that house right now.
The new owners did allow the Feds in the home. Hopefully they found something and we will learn of it during the trial.
Guys, have you not watched as many murder trials as I have? Once the crime scene is released, thats it. They didn’t swab Alex Murdaugh’s drains for blood and once they released his house, that was it for looking for that kind of evidence. The Alberts alone were enough to contaminate any scene in the house. Plus products like bleach light up under Luminol and it contaminates any other evidence. Hydrogen Peroxide is the way to clean up blood. I feel so bad for those homeowners. I would be guilty of driving by and walking by, but even I know enough to not walk on someone’s property!

No Pictures were Allowed to be taken by interested buyers. Clearly knowing the buyer would lose 10’s if not hundreds of thousands of dollars when revealed.
I am not sure the RE Company knew all the details but I would bet they heard the rumors like everyone else that John was beat up in the house. If they suspected it and then knew the carpet was done then maybe they should have put it together. They should answer to why they didn’t let buyers photograph inside. I believe it was stated that the house sold for $50,000 under the asking price. That’s not enough compensation for these new owners.
She was already on notice. The Court’s order prohibited trespassing during the site visit. Not only is Coffindaffer trespassing, she’s in contempt of the Order.
This wasn’t during the jury’s visit to 34 Fairview.

You can file a complaint against her for trespassing and invasion of privacy. you got her on camera. it does not matter if you notified her or not. she committed a crime along with many others against all of us. go to Stoughton District court and file a criminal complaint. you have her on video, you did not want her there, she did not ask for permission before she came onto your doorstep, and lastly, she beat feet because she knew she was wrong. I would not waste your time telling you this. Post No Trespass signs on your property. Anyone comes onto your property they will be arrested. If it were one of us, you already know we would spend the weekend in jail. Look at JM she lied. Just start hitting them back with criminal complaints. Fill a form out from Mass.gov court forms. Print it up and drop it off at the clerk’s office. make sure you get it stamped. 10 min. tops.
