Canton Coverup Part 384: Falmouth Police Report Shows Jill Daniels Pushed Shipwrecked Manager, Told Police It Was “All About Turtleboy,” Accused Manager Of Being “For Karen Read”

Last week we reported that sources were telling us that Jill Daniels and her elderly boyfriend Nick Marathas were permanently banned from a Falmouth bar called Shipwrecked after she physically assaulted a manager trying to break up a verbal dispute. Yesterday we finally received the police report and the 911 calls. Let’s take a look.

Officer Joseph Foley reported that he spoke with a manager who told him that she told Nick and Jill to leave after they got into a verbal dispute in the courtyard area, and while escorting them out she felt Jill push her from behind.
Jill was reportedly shouting, pumping her fists, and pacing like a lunatic. She couldn’t seem to control herself and was screaming at anyone in her vicinity. They tried to get them to leave via the courtyard exit, but Nick and Jill went back inside to to confront the people they had gotten into a verbal argument with instead. While being escorted to the door Jill yelled at the manager “I bet you’re for Karen Read,” before pushing her from behind. When the manager finally got her outside Jill Daniels did Jill Daniels things by calling her an “old hag” and a “cunt,” before yelling the same thing at other employees trying to de-escalate the situation.
In other words it was just a typical night out with a McAlbert.
The manager pointed out that she considered Nick and Jill to be a threat, and that they were doing this in front of children. They are now banned from the restaurant as a result of their behavior.
The confrontation allegedly began when a man named Matt Fielding “called out” Jill after recognizing her from Turtleboy fame. Jill’s geriatric boyfriend began chirping back at him, then followed Matt to the bathroom. Another man named Leo Goodrich then called Jill “white trash,” prompting Nick Marathas to push several people to try to get at Leo. Another Shipwrecked employee told police she witnessed Jill “hip check” the manager, strike her with her elbow, and push her from behind.
The reason this report took so long to generate was because it was an ongoing investigation. On July 27 Officer Foley spoke with another Shipwrecked employee who told him that he also witnessed Jill Daniels push the manager from behind busing both hands.
Detective Ron Carpenter spoke with Marathas about the incident on July 25. According to Old Man Nick, an unknown male saw him and Jill in the courtyard and yelled “Jill Daniels is in the house,” followed by someone else calling her “white trash.” Marathas claims that him and Jill are constantly harassed when they go out, because of the Karen Read trial. Marathas admitted that he yelled back at them and was asked to leave the bar. He also added in that he tried to assault one of them and “missed.” Additionally, Marathas admitted that the manager did the right thing by kicking his crazy girlfriend out.
Nick knows that he’s dating a psychopath, but at his age he’s gotta take what he can get.
Officer David McGraw spoke with Jill Daniels after she was tossed out of the bar. She told him that the incident was “all about Turtleboy,” and that she was being targeted because of the Karen Read trial. She kept saying this over and over again until Nick told her to stop and calm down, to no avail.

I was indicted for “witness intimidation” on Jill Daniels’ brother in law Chris Albert because I said on my show that the McAlberts should just stop going out in public after an incident in which he got into a verbal argument with two women wearing Free Karen Read shirts.
“A turtle rider named Deanna goes to the Waterfall Bar today and she posts this and says, ‘this is Chris Albert right? We are at the Waterfall.’ I don’t know if he (Chris Albert) drove there or not – look at that face right there. That is the face of a man who knows he’s being photographed. He’s not happy about it. I confronted this guy a couple weeks ago. This guy (Chris Albert) has his head on the swivel, looking for Turtle Riders. I got bad news for you Chris, I got really bad news for you – they are literally everywhere. You guys should just stop going out in public. That would be my recommendation. It’s only going to get worse from here. I did not direct this person to do this. I can’t stop them. They’re everywhere. They don’t like you. Nobody likes you. You guys killed someone. You literally killed someone. Not you, you didn’t kill someone. You raised someone who did, and your big bro did it, but you’re help covering it up, so I guess you didn’t kill anyone, so good job.
“This dude is ready, looking around. They insist on going out in public. Chris, I knew where you guys were today. Y’all were in Agawam today weren’t you? I got pictures of you in my cell phone. I got people sending me pictures. You were at some sort of little league thing in Agawam. I got pictures of Courtney Proctor, there was a whole crew of you – Alberts, McCabes, all you people were there. Just know that there will be no….Life as normal is over. You had normal for a while there, life as normal. You had normal for a while there, from January 29th, to about April 2023. You guys literally got away with murder.”
The bolded text was what they included in the charging documents. They intentionally left out stuff like “I did not direct this person to do this” because they knew it would show that I am not directing any of these confrontations. They are happening organically because the McAlberts are so well known for their involvement in John O’Keefe’s murder. I was just giving them advice, and it has turned out to be very good advice – if I were them I wouldn’t go out in public much. Everyone knows what they did. Jill Daniels especially is famous for the CF McCarthy’s incident a month ago.
Millions of people saw that during the the internationally televised Karen Read trial. When Jill Daniels goes out in public she’s going to be recognized for THAT video. If I were her, I’d avoid conflicts like that. But these people insist on pretending that life is normal when clearly it is not.
Jill Daniels especially seems to be dealing with severe mental health issues. She can’t just ignore people, nor can she control her temper. She behaves exactly the way people expect her to, and proves to everyone watching that the McAlberts are violent drunks, incapable of self control. If she was surrounded by smart people who cared about her they would advise her to do exactly what I advised Chris to do – keep a low profile. But instead they do the opposite and constantly get into drunken confrontations.
Jill is extremely lucky she wasn’t charged with assault and battery for this. She pushed a woman from behind because she was trying to remove a threat from a restaurant, and she did this in front of small children. She has a propensity for violence and thinks she can do whatever she wants. Clearly she has learned nothing from the CF McCarthy’s incident.
Nick Marathas claims that they are constantly harassed when they go out, but what he fails to recognize is that he’s not forced to engage with these people. It’s not harassment for someone to say “Jill Daniels in the house,” and it’s permissible to just ignore people if they do that. But they don’t because that’s not the McAlbert way.
