New Jersey Woman Files Criminal Complaint On Turtleboy For Writing Article Exposing Her Alleged Scams, Likely Receiving Legal Guidance From Boom Grifter Sean McDonough

Two weeks ago I published an article about a New Jersey woman named Donna Marie Salvato, who was scamming Karen Read and Turtleboy supporters by selling FKR/TB merch and lying by claiming that she was donating half the profits to Karen’s legal defense fund (after the trial ended). She was also selling t-shirts with my name and likeness on them without asking me, and lying to people about sending profits to the Turtleboy legal defense fund.

When I asked her to stop she refused, claiming I didn’t have a trademark. She also messaged me dozens of times, threatening me with the police if I exposed the documented fact that she was a scammer. I do not give into bullies, and I wrote the article and discussed it on the Live Show in spite of her threats.

Donna is a supporter of Sean McDonough, AKA Sean on the Gulf, a retired DEA agent, self proclaimed decorated dude, and a pathological liar who attempted to insert himself into the Karen Read case by using his credentials, only to be mocked, shunned, and ridiculed after being exposed as completely full of shit. Sean came out of hibernation two days ago and kept making ominous references to me having legal issues in New Jersey, and suggesting that I was in some sort of trouble that could get my bail revoked with Robert Cosgrove.

This is par for the course with McDonough. He constantly posts the feds are coming any day now, or that some Canton cop flipped, and claims to have “5 guys,” including an imaginary retired cop from the Bronx named Eddie Richards, who act as sources for him.

McDonough built a following by leveraging his experience as a DEA agent to get people to listen to him, because they assume he knows what he’s talking about and understands how the law works. But Sean has either lost his marbles in his old age, or all the sun has gone to his brain, because he routinely misinterprets the law. However, the drama addicted boomer ladies like Donna Salvato blindly assume that he knows what he’s talking about and trust him. They trust that he knows what he’s talking about, and he guides them.

For instance, many months ago the Holden Police were filing a criminal complaint against Katherine Peter for violating the HPO I have on her, because she kept contacting me by tagging me on social media. One of his boomer groupie admins was the one who had contacted me and alerted me to the fact that she was tagging me. Sean saw a situation that had nothing to do with him and inserted himself into it like he always does by telling the woman that she needed to recant her story or she’d be charged with perjury. The woman hadn’t committed perjury, but she assumed that a former DEA agent knew what he was talking about, so she called HPD and recanted her story. The charges against Ms. Peter ended up being dropped.

Yesterday Jessica Machado called me to alert me to a tip that a Canton resident had sent her, alleging that I was being charged with cyber harassment in Wayne, New Jersey. The source told Macahado that all of the anti-Karen Read people were circulating the court complaint, and that the plan was to use it to have my bail revoked. As expected, the complainant was Donna Salvato, whose real name is apparently Donna Bisbel. I thought that I was listening to the Babylon Bee when she read this out to me.

This will go in the sentagraph hall of fame:

“Within the jurisdiction of this court, commit crime of cyber-harassment while making one or more communications in an online capacity via any electronic device or through a social media networking site with the purpose to harass another by knowingly sends posts comments requests suggests or proposes any lewd indecent or obscene material to or about complainant with the intent to emotionally harm or place her in fear of physical or emotional harm by harassing her for selling t shirts with a turtle logo and messaging her inbox and did a live show with thousands of people watching and posted her picture writing an article calling her a scammer grifter and liar and people watching sending her horrible messages and announced the town where she lives and posted pictures of her on a live show and complainant states she now lives in fear.”

At first I couldn’t believe this was happening because Jess was all worried and believed that I had been charged with a crime. The sentagraph is written as if someone else is writing it, because it refers to Donna as “her” repeatedly, so I thought a court clerk wrote this up and believed her that I had committed a crime.

But then I realized that the signature at the bottom was from Donna, and that no charges have been filed. Just like in Massachusetts, citizens in New Jersey can go down to their local courthouse and attempt to file criminal charges against someone if they choose. Usually the first step is to go to the police, which Donna told me she was going to do if I mentioned her grifting and scamming on my show:

Donna Bisbel claimed 2 weeks ago that the police have pressed charges and that she spoke to her very real attorney who would be calling me with an order to cease and desist.

But from the looks of this complaint it appears as if the police never filed charges on me. There’s a good chance that she went to the Wayne Police Department, told them that a journalist in Massachusetts asked her to stop selling merch with his name and likeness on it, and then wrote about how she was using a murder trial to scam innocent people for financial gain. And there’s a good chance the police told her this wasn’t a crime when she did.

So then why now, 2 weeks later, is this happening? I think we can all agree that the most likely reason is that she has taken legal advice from Sean McDonough, who suddenly knew about this on the exact day that Donna filed it, and went down to the courthouse to file her own complaint. He then likely distributed it to his anti-Karen Read friends in Canton, and it eventually got to Jess Machado.

But the problem for him and Donna is that this doesn’t mean I’m charged with a crime. A prosecutor has to find probable cause, which requires a probable cause hearing in which the complainant must show that there is probable cause that a crime has been committed. The statute she is alleging that I violated was a newly enacted cyber-harassment law, Section 2C:33-4.1(2).

If that language sounds familiar, it’s because she copy and pasted the statute into her legendary after David sentagraph, in which she combined the first sentence with provision 2, which sounds like it’s from the Twisted Tragedies School of Grammar and Law when you actually write it out:

After the words “emotional harm” she then freestyles with her explanation for how I have caused her emotional harm:

“by harassing her for selling t shirts with a turtle logo and messaging her inbox and did a live show with thousands of people watching and posted her picture writing an article calling her a scammer grifter and liar and people watching sending her horrible messages and announced the town where she lives and posted pictures of her on a live show and complainant states she now lives in fear.”

Donna is going to have a tough time to get a prosecutor to take this case because:

  1. Asking someone to stop selling t-shirts with their name and likeness on it isn’t harassment
  2. She messaged me first, and dozens of times afterwards
  3. Everything I said about her scamming, grifting, and lying is truthful and documented
  4. Donna had several chances to show me evidence that she wasn’t scamming and chose to threaten me instead
  5. Doing a live show and discussing someone scamming isn’t a crime,
  6. The statute doesn’t have a special provision if “thousands of people” are watching
  7. Third parties sending “horrible” messages” doesn’t seem to be documented or articulated
  8. I am not responsible for what other people do, as long as I didn’t direct them to do something illegal
  9. It’s not against the law to say the name of a town a person lives in
  10. The only reason I mentioned any towns was in reference to the local police department where she claimed she had pressed charges against me
  11. I said she lived in Toms River, which is nowhere near Wayne
  12. Donna is not experiencing emotional harm, she just doesn’t like the fact that she got exposed for scamming
  13. Posting pictures of Donna is not lewd, obscene, or indecent
  14. The statute says that it’s a crime if you cause a reasonable person to experience emotional or physical harm, and nothing about Donna’s behavior suggests she is a reasonable person
  15. Donna is not living in fear at all
  16. If writing about people who are scamming innocent people is a crime because it causes emotional harm, then the First Amendment no longer exists in the United States of America

And even if I were charged with a crime (I’m not going to be), I live in another state and the local police could not extradite me.

Unfortunately for Donna, the legal advise she likely got from McDonough was flawed, because they’ve misread the statute. It reads:

A person commits the crime of cyber-harassment if, while making one or more communications in an online capacity via any electronic device or through a social networking site and with the purpose to harass another, the person:

(2) knowingly sends, posts, comments, requests, suggests, or proposes any lewd, indecent, or obscene material to or about a person with the intent to emotionally harm a reasonable person or place a reasonable person in fear of physical or emotional harm to his person; or

Donna forgot to mention anything about how I allegedly sent her messages or made posts about her which were “lewd, indecent, or obscene.” She can say she’s emotionally harmed all she wants, because that’s the buzzword the McAlberts used to get me hemmed on witness intimidation charges, but it has to be the lewd, obscene, or indecent materials I sent her that caused the emotional harm. I didn’t send her any materials. I just asked her to stop selling merchandise with my name and likeness on it, and asked her for evidence that she was donating half the profits.

In fact, the closest thing that could be construed as a threat was when Donna told me that she was going to “blast” me for asking her for evidence that she was donating thousands of dollars in t-shirt sales and not keeping it for herself.

She also sent me a message that I considered a vague threat, implying that I should worry about my kids and my case, suggesting that I would be sending me to jail if I investigated her scamming.

Additionally, Donna also had a habit of threatening me if I didn’t stop messaging her, while bombarding me with messages. My replies to her were cordial and professional, as I was giving her a chance to share her side of the story prior to publication.

What McDonough and Donna don’t realize is that people have been trying to do this to me for years. Just look up Big Black Jeffrey, Rian Waters,  Mike Fucci, or Charlotte McFarland. They’re just a small handful of the dozens of people who have tried to silence my speech by filling frivolous criminal complaints, applying for orders, or filing lawsuits. To this day I’ve never had a HPO granted against me, I’ve never lost a lawsuit, and the only people who actual got charges filed on me are the McAlberts. McDonough and Donna didn’t follow me before Karen Read, so they didn’t know how badly this would end for them.

Then again, in Sean’s mind this probably just means that charges will come any day now. After all, this is a guy who is so delusional that he wouldn’t talk to me when I got out of jail because he was convinced that the State Police had come to me in jail and convinced me take a deal in which I ratted out the guy they REALLY wanted in jail – McDonough – in exchange for leniency. Because let’s face it, “I’m the guy!”

  1. Should have just given them fucking McDonough when you had the chance. We could have avoided this whole thing!

  2. Sean never went away, he just quietly pissed on FKR with this sediment-filled urine.

Some liked it and give him water now so they can enjoy Sean’s foul piss all over them more often.

    This nasty is not fun.

  3. What is he so paranoid about. What illegal things is he up to that “they” want him for? He’s nuts. Possible dementia setting in from all the booze he drinks?

  5. McDonough spent 35 years in the DEA? He must have been in personnel. Quotes from one of my favorites Clint Eastwood movies, “The Enforcer”:

McKay: “You’ve been transferred to Personnel.”

    Harry: “To Personnel?”

    Harry: “That’s for assholes.”

McKay: “I was in Personnel for 10 years.”

    Harry: “Yeah.”

  11. Does Aiden understand he could of been making a lot of money right now if he wasn’t MAGA like the rest of the loonie tunes. Look even your boy Sean is MAGA….He wears the a hat with TRUMP on it. I can’t imaging wearing a HAT with another mans name on it. Trump is a scammer. I’ll bet you ANYTHING you want that there will be no movie. Ben Affleck won’t play the role once he hears Turtleboy is MAGA. Trump used all these people to win election, oh btw I thought groceries were too high? THEY ARE HIGHER NOW than they were ever with Biden. HUNTER BIDEN 2028.

  15. You are forgetting the most important thing: she is clearly guilty of FRAUD, a real crime. It is illegal to claim you are donating half of your proceed or profits or whatever she claimed to incentivize purchases, and then not do it. If I were her, I would keep my yap shut and get lost. You need to dig in on the fraud and clearly document her claims before she deletes them. In one post she says ‘every hat, bag, and shirt, half will be donated’. She has made a big mistake

  16. *Posting pictures of Donna is not lewd, obscene, or indecent

Her face is literally all those things by default holy fuggin ugly

  17. Never made sense. A cyberstalking charge in New Jersey? That’s like trying to nail smoke to a wall — not happening, ever. And the woman? Two years of over-enunciated posts, floating in her own fantasy courtroom, head permanently in the clouds. I’d leave her up there — nothing more than background noise.

  18. Listen Donna, you legit stalked me on Facebook and I have proof of it. You have been trying to sell merch that isn’t even legit. His name is Officer John O’Keefe. He did not work for the MSP and if you were somewhat intelligent you would know that he was an Officer with the BPD. He put bracelets on sex offenders. I had a lot to do with your downfall. I reported your ass to anyone that would listen. And now you think you can just sue Aidan because he called you out on your bullshit. The defamation of slander and whatever else you are claiming requires someone to lie about you. Aidan is not lying about you- It’s the truth. I was involved in calling you out and reporting your ass to the Attorney General because this is against the law and could even go as far as a copyright breach considering the fact that you did sell turtle shirts. I think you need to go talk to someone. This is not going anywhere. You are just a troll that saw an opportunity to make money off of Officer John O’Keefe and Aidan. You have stalked me, and I have proof of all of it. You might as well add me to that lawsuit cause Aidan, and I stick together. We both have the same attorney. Fuck with him, and you will find out just how many people I know in low places and high places. Furthermore, the lawsuit has to be filed in Massachusetts, not New Jersey asshole.
