Stephen Mannas Arrested At Home In Concord By Marlborough Police And Charged With Enticement Of A Child Days After Predator Poachers Sting

Marlborough Police are reporting to TB Daily News that Concord man Stephen Mannas was arrested today in Concord after being exposed by the Predator Poachers of Massachusetts trying to have sex with what he thought was a 14 year old boy in Marlborough.

Mannas was out on probation from a strangulation and assault and battery charge, and freely admitted in the video that he had done this with teen boys before. According to the MPD he was charged with the following:

Enticement of a child
Sending obscene matter to a child

Critics of the Predator Poachers have accused them of not working with the police to have predators arrested. However, this week both Mannas and Stow Police Chief Ralph Marino have been charged after being exposed by the vigilante YouTube duo. Additionally, the Mass GOP expelled Joe Dunn after it was revealed that he was caught in a March 31 sting in Leominster. According to an emailer Mannas has been doing this for years.

I know Steve pretty well. I have known him for like 8 years. I have heard stories about Steve creeping on young boys for as long as I have known him. I know almost for a fact of two boys who he raped and I have heard that there were potentially others. I am so glad he has finally been caught. I am very close with the family who live in the other half of their townhouse. I am curious if you will make the chats and stuff available for Steve’s conversation.

You can dislike their tactics, but they get the job done. He may end up back on the street thanks to the commie cold crisis, because God forbid prisoners get sick. It’s almost as if the state recognizes that forcing people into confined areas to be locked down in is a recipe for how to spread a virus.
