Lorrayna Calle Has Bail Revoked Out Of Fitchburg District Court After New Charge In East Brookfield District Court, Will Remain In Jail Until Next Court Date
Earlier in the week we posted the good news that Worcester woman Lorrayna Calle had been arrested for violating a restraining order against a Spencer woman by sending her threatening text messages. But we had seen Lorrayna get let off by judges like Christopher Loconto in Fitchburg before, so there was still the possibility that Lorrayna would be given bail again. Luckily yesterday at her arraignment in East Brookfield District Court that did not happen:
- Lorrayna’s bail was revoked out of Fitchburg District Court thanks to her most recent arrest.
- $500 bail was set at her arraignment on the most recent arrest, which is moot because the previous bail was revoked.
- As a result Lorrayna will have to sit in jail in Chicopee until her court date in Fitchburg on December 5 and possibly longer.
This could not have been done without the support of the turtle riding community. The public outcry on this case made it impossible for the police it ignore, and made it a top priority for them. It’s a shame that it took a blog to do this, but we got it done regardless and a dangerous woman is locked up because of it. For now Denise Ramos and her daughter are safe and can have peace of mind to live their lives without worrying about the lunatic stalking them.
I hope Lorrayna enjoys her time in jail, and I’ve heard that people who beat up children are quite popular there.
